ACE absolute freedom what a flight, and man so real many tks for vid, just wish i new werer to start first to build one, any advice as im new to the hobby thanks to a pal of mine happy flying steve in huddersfield england
I didn't design this eagle, Built it from plans, it was designed by jack edwards. It uses drag plates on the ailerons, thats what the clear plastic things are on the wings seen in the video.
Who gave you a thumbs down for that?! That's not right ... so I negated their thumbs down and gave you a thumbs up -- simply for asking! Dust in the Wind by Kansas was recorded in June-July 1977; released in January 1978. Beautiful song, isn't it? It is on YouTube if you want to look it up and add to your favorites to listen again.
I remember seeing few guys with similar very realistic looking bird, but it get heavily attacked by seagulls - he early was not able to make it...

Nice soaring eagle!
I just wonder about plastic ailerons and tail... just found foam one steered probably like flying wing - ailerons only. What do you think?

Wow......

rather than just having the single hinge in the tail would it not be better for it to rotate like an eagle? Surely it can't be that hard to do
