I agree with SeajayUKHalo. You really should turn the music off or put some other music in there. The music might be okay, but NOT for this video, it definetly doesn't fit to the science fiction setting ... :S

i started playing the game now lol

if your ship is destroyed, you lose it, and have to return to a hanger and use a new one (after a week i already have 10+ ships, although most are kinda crappy)

they can be fitted with a pretty extensive array of mods and weaponry, but it doenst really change the outside skin of the ship that much

When your ship is destroyed, you loose the ship and any equipment you had on it, unless one of your friends can salvage the equipment... you respawn in the station where your clone is, if you haven't bought a clone.... you loose almost all you work for in the game.... but that never happens, cause we all buy clones right? theres nothing wrong with the system, it works rather well in fact

If its nominated in many countries as the best MMORPG in the world, it cant be a game that you just click in empty space, and your ship moves. Many people compare WoW to Eve, but seriously, you cant compare them, cause they are different, and they are ment to be different. They say that World of Warcraft is a world. Its not a world compared to Eve.

You really have to be into RPG and I never just click empty space.. I Trade in EVE and iv Built my own corporation. To me EVE is intoxicating.. Only because for you its boring.. Because your mind needs games that tell you what to do. EVE Doesnt it just lets you do whatever the hell you want to. If I want to kill this guy next to me I can but if I do that then my standings change and Everyone stays away from me because I killed an innocent person. EVE Changes and and bends To your imagination

thats just the way game is. anyways it's addicting as hell...endless possibilities in the game. i played many so called MMORPG's and eve's quite unique and not flat. best thing about it? no need to grind for levels. :)

ah, indeed, I agree with you. In about 2 weeks from start you can be flying a cruiser comfortably. Even before that, you can be running missions or mining, or even trading within your first 24 hours. I've yet to find an MMORPG in which you can be somewhat "powerful" in 2 weeks. I remember making about 20 million isk (game money) in my first 2 weeks, just running missions and learning salvaging. Now I'm addicted to it, lol.

EVE is definitely a game for the patient person. What makes it great is the freedom to be and do whatever you want to do in the whole Universe. You want to mine and produce crap? Do so. You want to be a pirate? Do so. You want to be a merc and get hired out by other players?  You're completely free to do so.

Unlike other games, where there's a certain "Level cap," EVE skills are progressive. People who've played for years are just as vulnerable as someone who's played for 3 months.

@streetking1337 How do you use WASD for a game like EVE? Well they did in X3: Terran Conflict, but I really dont think EVE is quite that type of game. On a side note, X3 is also the closest thing you can get to EVE, it's single player though. But that means just a one-time payment, also, the graphics are pretty awesome.

No, in fact it can be pretty small in gfx demand if you have a slower PC, Its a very versitile engine that runs on Windows, Mac, and I think they still support linux.
