  • If this is the closest Ivey comes to what is classed as a "mistake" then it is no wonder he has such huge respect amongst his peers. I shouldn't think he gives a toss what the rest of us plebs think...

  • i dont think the ivey's fold is a mistake.

  • ivey is best cash player ever enuf said.

  • you know what they say, pairs make sets and that french men may have, or may not have made a set. Any way you cut it it was a good and bad lay down.

  • Everybody keeps saying that Ivey is an idiot but probably you are...

Everybody knows of his reputation and except from that he has a bad history with hooks and as u can see he has the lowest stack...he is in danger of leaving the table...so TITLE FAIL...

  • DAMN SON.

  • jj is hard to play after the flop if 1 or 2 higher cards come out on the flop. thats all there is to it

  • he'd never lay down jacks in that spot in todays game

  • good play by Saout, bad title by for the uploader

  • this wasn't a mistake retard

  • phil didn`t do any mistake!

  • everyone is an expert on youtube when they see the hole cards.

would you call a tight player for 8 times the big blind out of position with just JJ?

  • ivey prolly put him either suited AK, AA, KK. I don't think he even put him in QQ. it's not a 2/5 table where people 3bet UTG bet. Good fold by ivey, bad 3bet by saout.

  • @muzOo how is it a bad 3 bet ???? it was great play by the french guy in my opinion.

  • Anyway, Phil Ivey is the BEST

  • playing jacks out ouf position for 1/4 of your stack? Phil had two options: go all in or fold. And Phil knows he's the best player on the table so he didn't want to put his tournament life at risk for at best a coin flip at best. Little did he know Saout was raising there with 7's

  • That was a great play by saout

  • I would fold too, pocket jack is not a good hand at the flop, turn and river. great play from saout too to re-raise him... the only fault ivey makes here I guess, he raise it 2 1/2 big blind, saout may at least call him if he raise 4 times big blind

  • @TheRealityattack lol @ 4 times the bb

  • darvin moon had so manny chips...how the fuck did he lose to cada

  • good sizing from Saout, made it look like he is prepared to call a shove, thus putting a ton of pressure on Ivey in this spot.

  • lol joe was in 6th place..when this happened?? :D nice! u need to run good!

  • JJ sux !

  • this woulda been phil's stand had he shoved which woulda been pretty standard in this spot. however saout was a really tight player and his 3bet range up till that point was like AA, KK, QQ, AK so not a horrible fold IMO

  • Ivey folded because he didnt want to lose his rice and peas money

  • So where is the mistake? He fold a medium hand to an über-tight player.

  • @naeverdreng thats that mistake :D

  • He hadn't enough to four bet and fold,so it was all in or fold pre flop.He obviously put saout on at least AK or better so figured he was at best racing.Saout played it marvellously though, the perfect bet at the right time, figuring one would imagine that only KK or AA could continue.I still reckon ivey should of thought when he raised pre flop that no matter what happens I'm going to have to go with these babies,as he was pretty low stacked and his raise was a decent chunk of his stack.

  • i don`t understand he folded JJ and pushed all in whit 99 wtf ????

  • @Raul8to Learn about position and timing.

  • @Raul8to Sometimes you gotta trust your gut.

  • he could atleast call and see a flop! maybe 4 bet the frensch guy

  • @ikweetbeter its like a 45%+ chance or whatever for an overcard to flop when u got pocket jacks, calling in that spot would of been a bad move

  • @laffizzle thats why i wanted that ivey shoved in that spot cuz ivey is tight+

  • LITTLE DID HE KNOW Joe Cada would suck his way to the top of that table

  • dude its not a mistake its just a great play from saout who played it like kings or aces. on top of that ivey always gets bad beats with jacks

  • @RG32hockey im not sure he was bluffing

  • Jesus....

  • lol nit playing scary money :D

  • how do they know what they raised so fast

  • @allanfr1961 It's not live

  • @CutaioEladiaay386 gtfo you stupid nerd
