Mein 93er Polo hat weder Warnsummer, wenn man vergisst, das Licht auszuschalten, noch Reserveleuchte für Sprit und man bleibt ohne Sprit stehen, noch bevor man in der roten Markierung der Spritanzeige ist. the suspension is about the only good thing on a vw I should know i work on them. the interiors are some of the worst and the check engine light will be on once a month. they also cant make a 4cyl with any power without a turbo. only good car they have anymore is the tdi jetta.

You might work on them, but obviously you dont drive them, nor you have much of a clue! I owned a lot of different cars and besides BMW and Audi the are the best and reliable cars. I had a new Passat the last 3 years (110.000Km) and it never had any problems during this period!

And all these tests are USELESS because what brings down a VW is the faulty electrical system ! :-) and in N. America, VW sold are built in Mexico with terrible quality control. Thank You VW!! By the way these guys have one of the best jobs on earth! They are testing airbag deployment among other things. That's why they do the jump, hit the rubber thing (which is a stand in for a moose), and hit the gravel pile. None of those collisions should set off the airbags.
