  • i turn the deep fryer on to 140 'c and put peeled chipped potatoes in, then i cook them so they soften then i take them out turn it up to 180 and put them back in makes them crisp and soft

  • I am from america and I always wanted to try fish n chips. I never knew that fries were soppose to be that thick I thought it was those stringy fries like the american resteraunts do.
