  • You need more knee lift I used to run like you, I know your just jogging in this video but you still need to get your knees up higher, also widen that stance, watch some sprinters run especially Jamaicans (High Knee lift and EXPLOSIVE hips, then settle into an elongated stride.

  • WHas that your 40 yard dash or were you just jogging?

  • @tysonoboyoboy it was really build-ups nice relaxed and smooth, more for the form and resistance of the tire!
