Kim Min Soo, the guy on the left, died in a motorcycle accident in April of this year. He was 23 years old. He was part of a singing duo called Monday Kiz with Lee Jin-Sung. They sang mainly R&B and Ballads which were really good so you should check them out. I hope that clears things up for you.
