  • Vinegar is also great for washing windows!

  • water wasnt hot enough

  • That looks perfect. Vinegar is not needed at all for poaching of the eggs.

  • LOOK NASTYYYYYYYYYYYYY!!

  • u should use vinegar to make the egg whole...

  • hi Wenarto, does really adding vinegar in the water make the eggs stick together?

  • @Puromobotboton nope. it helps keep them whole :]

  • Nice

  • its a wrong method to cook the eggs!!

  • "This is water".....i'm so glad you mentioned that because i was killing myself to find out what the fuck was in that pan -_-

  • He should add atleast a tsp of vinegar to help the eggs form it's shape while it was swirling

  • I was looking for poached egg tutorials on the internet because I thought my technique was wrong, but it appears that what I consider to be a failure at poaching eggs correctly (wasting so much egg white is terrible) is considered "success" to other people making video "tutorials" on it. :(

  • How do you make the bernaise? Ans: Uhm, I open the can.

    Lol to that. :))

  • why do you put it in water????why not just fry the egg and cut off the whites??????? other than that it look delicious.

  • thats not how you poach an egg

  • When you put the eggs in the water I was like "Woah that is bad ass."

  • I tried doing that just now...well, let's say I'm thankful I ain't a Chef..

  • MY GOODNESS LOOKS SO DELICOUS!!

  • I heard replacing the water with milk gives it a MUCH better taste. Anybody know this is true? Please I dont want to waste a lot of milk today for my mom if its no change/for the worse.

  • I know what I'm making my moms for Mothers Day! Thankyou!

  • you poach eggs like a moron

  • I LOVE this dish so much. I just can't get enough. Every Sunday after church for the past few months I have enjoyed this wonderful dish!

  • awww, from a can. never as good as fresh.

  • i dont crack my eggs in to a bowl i crack them right in to the pot you waste less white that way

  • eggs benedict arnold

  • I...I just dont know what the fuck is going on...

  • Eljen a Magyar! The Back Track is Hungarian Rhapsody ...lol

  • Definitely a lady bug; but whatever it makes up for all the protein they lost swirling the whites

  • @Jahfari1 lol. the ladybug on the leaves on the side of the bowl and the butterfly on the bottom of the bowl are enamel decorations

  • egg didnt stick together u gotta swirl it first then put the eggs :)

  • I have never seen canned bernaise. Am I looking for the wrong thing here?

  • "I open a can." Hahaha. :D

  • was that a LadyBug in the bowl of eggs O.O 0:23

  • @SKallisto12 It looks like it can't be too sure but if it is....then they just ate a ladybug lmao

  • who keeps there dishes in the stove?

  • @Vizoin - he's keeping them warm so as not to serve on a cold plate.

  • my mom is making me what this TIS IS SHIT!

  • So much wasted white. :(

  • @LordLoco87 who cares??? his rich!!!

  • @LordLoco87 I agree, but your comment made me think of something.

I'd like to make an egg white omelette sometime, but I can't justify wasting that many (6 ?) yolks.

What do you do with the yolks, other than use them in ways that I can't recall right now.

Eggs, don't have a very long shelf (fridge) life when they're out of their shells.

Seriously, thank you for helping me with that solution.

I have all the stuff, and my girlfriend is going to LOVE her breakfast.

  • @LordLoco87 agreed. better to run multiple pans if you have to make more than three . he should call this recipe "yolks benedict", me thinks. btw, swirling is fine for one egg, the white draws to the yolk perfectly. multiple eggs(2 or 3)...just let them sit...more whites that way

  • This guy is awesome!!

  • How in the world did you poach the eggs without a tail forming?

  • i would not eat that.

  • thisischeatingthisispouchedeggednottherealdeal...

  • damn those eggs make me wanna throw up

  • @FunTrollin shut up you nerd

  • @FunTrollin actually swirling is required when making eggs benedict, and from the looks of it he's done this more than once. And you can add that many eggs, what do you think restuarants do? add one at a time?

  • @tamick21 if you want more egg white, you should do one to two at a time. but yea

  • @tamick21 We don't swirl our poached eggs at my work, we let the whites strand away from the yolks so we ensure the whites are set. Theres nothing less apatizing then breaking into your poached seeing water and eggwhites flow out. We used to swirl until we received too many complaints.

  • @Purpakush420 well all i know is then you guys do it wrong, and have weird customer tastes as swirling is most def the way to do it, all though we dont do this many at a time in one pan where i work

  • @robdmhaze That's the difference we're doing 12-14 in two pots , what does it matter if we do it wrong. We are the #1 voted breakfast in the Twin Cities.

  • i use toasted sourdoug bread and i make a killer sause in the microwave. thats right microwave.

  • Nice Job- Rookie Eggs Benedict maker here-Looks Delicous....Now I know...-Thanks Bud!

  • WOW! i never knew you could poach so many eggs at once! I thought u had to keep each egg separated! Great Tip! It will save me tons of time!

  • Yum. Where do I get the can? ;-)

  • Greetings!

  • Mmmh! You make me hungry! I'll try it tomorrow for the kids at breakfast, no Bearnaise, no can lol!
