I try to nail out about ten of these, ten normal, and ten wide grip between classes at college. Seven times a day, you'd be amazed how much progress you can make. Add five or so reps a week. Does wonders for waking you up, too.
@Catfayse You probably focused on one muscle group for too long. You have to do wide, normal, and diamond to balance everything. Planks help to maintain your core long enough to do proper form effectively.
Look for balance, mate. Focusing on one thing for too long will kill you in the long run.

@McLawlz 35 push ups is not impressive and no indication that you're in shape, while you're not week i wuldnt go around bragging you can do 35 push ups, get over 150 then you can start bragging

i can do this but i have a big problem because my hands are sliding more inside the whole time i have to readjust them constantly, probably because i have week wrists
@13andincrediblycutt If you are 13 you fucked up your body, once you hit puberty your bones are going to be held down by your tendons during growth bending and reshaping your body making it structurally fragile.

what nonsense, sounds to me that's a good shape to be in , and would have a much better lifestyle than somone who is full of muscle., and for the record i was 196+ pounds when i started working out, one of the first excersises i did was pushups at my kickboxing club, no problems.

You totally missed the point. Working out/sports are good especially in puberty. But if you work out to extreme content during/before growth it's quite common you get back problems. (and just about every join in your body has a chance to get fucked)
