  • I try to nail out about ten of these, ten normal, and ten wide grip between classes at college. Seven times a day, you'd be amazed how much progress you can make. Add five or so reps a week. Does wonders for waking you up, too.

  • If you want to do a real diamond push up you have to touch your nose inbetween your fingers. this is the easy way

  • @Catfayse You probably focused on one muscle group for too long. You have to do wide, normal, and diamond to balance everything. Planks help to maintain your core long enough to do proper form effectively.

    Look for balance, mate. Focusing on one thing for too long will kill you in the long run.

  • @oghustla12 actually, i'm not out of shape, i can do 35 pushups no problem, there's a huge difference between normal and diamond pushups, and I always have to do diamond pushups for wrestling practice...

  • @McLawlz 35 push ups is not impressive and no indication that you're in shape, while you're not week i wuldnt go around bragging you can do 35 push ups, get over 150 then you can start bragging

    what nonsense, sounds to me that's a good shape to be in , and would have a much better lifestyle than somone who is full of muscle., and for the record i was 196+ pounds when i started working out, one of the first excersises i did was pushups at my kickboxing club, no problems.

  • @matt876mma If you are 13 and still need to grow, but at the same time work out heavily you get a bunch of problems in your body.

    You totally missed the point. Working out/sports are good especially in puberty. But if you work out to extreme content during/before growth it's quite common you get back problems. (and just about every join in your body has a chance to get fucked)

    It's the growth that matters, not the working out itself.

  • @molomono nope i havent missed no point, there is no evidence of that happening, it sounds like somthing you have made up from the top of your head, if you can prove otherwise, always send a link to my mail, but i have never seen or heard about anything like that , but its more chance of the kid being a total liar, because bearing in mind, people that young are hardly in state of mind, to train everyday and take all the needed suppliments , unless he has super extreme genes

  • @matt876mma Mmhmm i totally made it up, which is also why all my local health clubs have an age limit of 16+ some are even 18+ for the reason i gave you.

    It's nothing new it's a quite common and widely renown theory.

    But whatever, i'm not going to put more time into proving something i believe to someone who obviously has no will to even acknowledge the theory. I'm not going to waste my time like that. If you believe it or not is irrelevant to my interests.
