If you have the cheat 'boolprop testingcheatsenabled true' on,u can shift clik a sim and click 'make selectable' 2 add them to your household. but its only temporary, the next time you play u'll have to shift click them again.or u can get this download i have, im not sure what its called but im pretty sure i got it from simslogical. it looks like the decorative cat statue and when you click it, you can click 'move in.' and select which sim u want to move in
