jeremy blake is a brilliant artist and I am very much influenced by his work.

Scientologists are responsible for his death. Right after it happened there were articles all over the internet about the connections between his apparent suicide and he and his girlfriend being harassed by scientologists. I can't find any info about it anymore though.

@mrdomino823 There's more about it on nymag.com. Use the search bare there. No, Scientologists did not cause Jeremy's death. Jeremy caused Jeremy's death. Let's not be liberals and remove responsibility from the responsible party. I love his art, but he and his girlfriend were paranoid schizophrenics. Her suicide (due to her paranoia and insanity) just drove him over the edge. That's all. I hate Scientology just as much as the next sane guy, but let's not forget about personal responsibility.

I knew Jeremy when he was a kid, but we lost touch, and I knew nothing of his work until his death.

Does anyone know where I can see more of Jeremy's Winchester project? I might be visiting the house this winter--always wanted to see it. As a poet, I'm interested in artistic responses to it.
