Volume shooter - anyone can look good in a highlight reel. He is a consistent 7 for 30 shooter. Not to mention doesnt play defense. Hes a real liability at the D1 level.

Kingma reminds me of Luke Ridanour but a better shooter and not quite as good of a passer. Also a backcourt of Kingma,Barron and Brown is better then any backcourt that Washington will have next year. How is Overton doing with those rape charges lol typical Fuskie

Saying outside of Isiah Thomas, that the UW backcourt (PG/SG) sucks is an accurate assessment. Terrance Ross doesn't qualify as a G (even though ESPN lists him as one) as he's playing more of a small forward role.
In this case, Roy is so superior to Ridnour it doesn't matter if you're comparing positions- he's just by far the better player (when healthy, admittedly).
And also, if you're arguing that UW's backcourt sucks, whose in the Pac 10 is better, exactly? certainly not Oregon's - Catron was the critical piece when you beat us.
@Kohski15 Better backcourt isn't just talent, it's talent and depth. Washington may have Isaiah Thomas but who outside of that? Overton (and for that case, Thomas) both has assist to turnover ratios of around 2 which is way too high. Malcolm Armstead for example is around 1.37 A/T. Better back courts by the above criteria and depth:
