SI, este pedal es bueno pero recientemente escuche el BB PREAMP y creo que suena mucho mucho mejor. ademas el asunto esta en que encuentres tu sonido , sino se imaginan a ¿ 1,000 guitarristas sonando igual a zakk wylde? ( aparte de todo el billete que se gana) , ademas este pedal MXR " NO ES BY PASS", ojo.
este pedal en combinacion con el canal saturado de un valveking, vk 112, a un 50% del gain , sin el boost gain, es una opcion muy pila, ya que es muy grave el valveking, , y como decis vos este le recorta graves y le da una pegada re explosiva , que le falta al valve, y en los solos con solo pisar el botoncito "volumen" q esta abajo del boost-gain EXPLOTA c/todo cuerpo , solidez , IMpresionante ! probalo! armonicos de p madre, una maza el zw 44 y en el chanel clean ,lo seteo = a un ts-9
this pedal is designed to be used with a high gain amp not a clean amp. Plus, it is more effective if you use a tube amp instead of a solid state amp.

gain wise ur right, but the biggest difference and maybe zakk uses enough speakers to get the full mid and low sound with his set up you know like a stack of 8 12's or somethin but, this pedal has a lil fatter crunch than like that boss pedal, this is actually a good blues pedal, the other pedals have more gain but they are more midraingy where this is more crunchy with a fatter sound like the front pickup in a strat as oppose to the back pickup in a paul

Este video suena muy light, ese pedal tiene mucho mejor respuesta en graves y tiene mucho cuerpo.Deverias decirnos que amplificador y que guitarra utilizaste para grabar ese video ya que suena muy agudo y fino.
I bought this pedal to only because of my limit of choices at the music store. I brought this one back as well. The overdrive is too compressed and squishy sounding. I prefer an open hollow sound that doesn't mess with chord definition kinda like that SRV sound on LET THE GOOD TIMES ROLL. I like the look of the Zakk overdrive... cool a bullseye!
tengo un roland cube-30 y queria saber si creen que merece la pena que me compre este pedal para sumarselo a la ganancia de mi ampli que es uno modelador(que imita a otros amplis) por favor contesten
yo tengo entre otros el cube30 y para este ampli la verdad no te lo aconsejo,ademas el cube 30 tiene distorsiones digitales y son imitaciones asi que no estaria bien sumarle este overdrive.Yo lo compraria para usarlo solo y sobre el canal limpio.
Para los solos (si lo que quieres es mayor volumen) te convendria usarlo por el loop de efectos con la ganancia baja y el volumen a gusto... si lo pones detras del MT2 vas a sumar mucha ganancia, posibles acoples pero el volumen en si sera el mismo practicamente.

Zakk is not in the pedal league when it comes to Overdrive. Much more likely to use a premium product like a Soldano 7 stage preamp
