Also, I think that Richard Harris was indeed a much better Dumbledore and it's a tragedy that he died...Gambon is just to aggressive, to forceful for Dumbledore's peaceful disposition.

I just finished reading the sixth book again and a couple things occurred to me. One it's really sad that Dumbledore doesn't get to see Harry defeat Voldemort it would have been nicer for him to actually be there and second i wonder when he was drinking that potion to get the horcrux if he could have dumped it on the floor and then been stronger to prevent his death.Anybody else feel tht way?

When I go to see a movie that was based off the book I go in with the mindset that they're two separate things, and it helps me out a lot. Personally, I loved the 5th movie because it evoked the same exact emotions I had from reading the book the first time. There was the rebellious feeling from the DA, the revulsion of Umbridge, and then the little jitters of Harry's first crush. Just try to watch them with an optimistic mindset and you'll enjoy them much more.

I would have to agree. In almost every instance the book ruins the movie- there is, IMO only 1 that does not:"Do androids dream of electric sheep"/"Blade runner" The two hardly have ANYTHING to do with each other- and are both GREAT all by themselves. One is an "alternate universe" of the other.
