  • The way she "warms-up" her neck is a terrible example, do not try that at home.

  • @MegaGamehouse is that the neck rotation or all of the neck exercises? I've heard neck rotation is not a good idea from the physio.

Absolutely great - methodology-wise, environment-wise, musical background-wise, instructor's outward look and facial expression' (smiles, and openly kind attitude)-wise. Students should be very happy and pleased to exercise in a class like that. Absolutely perfect video lesson. Thank you for the upload.

  • Good stuff ! I still have a tendonitis and I used to hardly warm up and stretch before my workouts...well now I have to stop training training how I usually do. And got set back for 9 weeks.......

  • never stretch before a workout. its bad for you, it takes some sting out of the mussle. only worm up before the workout and stretch after the workout.

  • I think you are right. In a book by Dr. McGuff (Body by Science) he proposes that stretch has little effect ... also try to check what he says about warmup, there are some videos from him here...

    in my view like for the workout itself the body should be ready for stretch...
