  • I AM JESUS... I AM THE 666 IN REVELATION... I AM THE SPIRIT OF TRUTH...

  • i dare you to drop it while somethings in there

  • my grandfather gave me a wagon.

  • Is there one I can get with the vineagar? that ruins the paper. help asap.

  • the cryptex which had this riddle was black as far i know. :)

  • It's a fancy bike lock around a cylinder. Works exactly the same as bike lock.

  • So no vingegar vial is included? Well then a thief could just saw it open right? a security system for 195 bucks is kinda expensive if you can just saw it open.

  • Lol, cant open that cryptex? APPLE is the code. The black one? SOFYA would make the shit.

  • little big planet 2 larry da vincu

  • @AmazingJesusIs. who are to judge. people can think what they want for example why did judas really turn christ in it wasnt for the money he was a disciple he could have cared less about the money..bc even if it was about money why would he have killed himself. maybe he was trying to prove to the world that jesus was the son of god. by having jesus save himself....if you think about judas was a major role in the scenanrio................people think what they want but you are no one to judge

  • @JohnSmith880 Sounds to me like your one of those conspiracy theorists. Can you make a triangle out of a period mark too? Maybe look all around and find an eye that is always watching us. If you a Christian, you would not question these things, because who are you old man to questions the things of the Lord? Does the clay have any say as to what the potter makes out of it? A vessel for honor, and a vessel for common use? No it doesn't. You cannot understand His ways, you are human, and he is God

  • @ JohnSmith880 Don't start flipping out, there are others to take care of everything.

  • ¿APPLE? ANOTHER ASSHOLE FANBOY

  • @BERSERKWARE lol dude thats the actual code in the movie.

not related to steve jobs in any way.

    its related to isaac newton

  • @JohnSmith880 He would say, "Give me a little boy to fondle".

  • hey who knows that TEMPELARS ARE STILL ALIVE HOLY CRAP well they are secret

  • it has 6.156×10^36 (6.156.119.580.000.000.000.000.000.000.000.000,00) combinations. that's like alot!

  • so.....dramatic but so..... COOL!!!!!!

  • WATCH MYTRIBUTE VIDEO TO THIS MOVIE!

  • is this the original or mini version

  • I plan on getting one really soon. Can't wait.

  • I looked at the website you bought it from. That website as alot of cool stuff. But they cost alot.

  • Just put it in the freezer, so the vinager is frozen, and then break it open.

  • These can be used for the ultimate treasure hunt O.O (Imagine it! Taking you hours to find the code of the cryptex, opening it only to find more directions)

  • Does the note at the end come with it, or did you make that??

  • i'd give my life for a cryptex

  • Ha, ha, ha, ha

  • i was not kidding....................LOL

  • i know u were not bcuz i said the same thing at first :))))) but now that i have it i'm like "nah...its not worth it"

  • the code is grail

  • The code is "Apple" ;)

  • instead of buying one you can make your own. Visit our site and we show you how hm-innovations. com

  • I want to buy one and put a puzzle of my own in it, is that possible? can you replace the objects?

  • nerd!

  • I make these out of wood. Admittedly it's not as nice looking as these but I can get scrap pieces of cherry for free. So the only costs I have are what I use in electricity, and they spin freely and work perfectly. Plus I can make any riddle and poem I choose.

  • can you change the code to one you want

  • Latin: The Official Language of The Church & State. . . See The Great Seal of Codex Gigas & The Great Seal of The USA.

  • Cool!

  • are the squares with the letters on them made from pastic?

  • ONLY a fucking DUMBASS

    would spend $200

    for that shit

  • can you please do a review of this please? I want to get one from the noble collection but it is a lot of money and i want to make sure what i am getting. Please! :) thanks x

  • can you buy that one anywhere else cheaper?

  • The Holy Grail In ancient Rosslyn lies....

  • was the cryptex worth $195?

  • hans zimmer - Chevaliers de sangreal

it's in the scene where langdon opens the cryptex and where he finds the location of the grail, epic song ^^

  • similar to the batman theme, although it is composed by the same guy

  • but does it have the vinegar thingy who cracks and destroys whatever is inside?

  • whats wrong with??????????

  • The da vinci code is a superb movie but its novel is really awesome. Dan Brown is real genius. The facts provided in this novel are stunning and to some extent according to the islamic belief about Jesus Christ.

  • I agree, just finished the book and it blew me away, it was absolutely stunning, and could not have been better in any way! :)

Love the symbolic messages and all that stuff..

about phi, and the chalice and sword and card suits.

    Outstanding.

I also heard Dan Brown is writing a new novel!

  • hey im reading the book 2! im up to about chapter 50 but ive seen the film. i should have read the book first lol coz now i know what happens but there is so much more detail in the books than in the movie. like in the movie i wanted sophie and robert to get toghether and now i know why coz he had that girl that was mentioned in the first part!

yeah dan browns new book is called 'the lost symbol'. its out in uk now and if u liked da vinci code i recommend getting it!

  • I believe it will be entitled "The Lost Symbol". It will be about freemasonry. Just thought you might be interested. :P

  • @TheTomD yes he is,this circles around things like the Free masons, etc. about the all seeing eye and what not! :)

  • @TheTomD

the new book is named "The Last Symbol"

i still have to start reading it but i do have it ! :D

  • I suppose in the future there will be a very different wiew about Leonardo. He was a genius and he had "ancient Knowledge".

Serch for .....Visoky Decany ......- the batsim of christ Aert De gelder ....- Madonna con bambino e san giovannino.... and...... "Leonardo the messenger of the ancient knowledge".....and I ensure you that this...will be just the start of a very long reserch.

  • Wow, do the cryptex really works ? I mean, are we able to change the password to any 5-digit code that we like anytime we want ?

Maan, this is cool. I could store the location of my will when I died and give my children and grandchildren a challenging adventure. Especially when they aren't close to each other and the adventure is what bringin them together.

    COOL... and nice video..

  • @TommyIrianto I like your idea about hiding the will location in it,, that's cool :)

  • Lol, it's nothing cool.. Just common sense..

I mean, you can't hide the entire will in that enclosed space now, right??

The location of the will is the most logical way to use the cryptex.

  • Hans Zimmer rules!!!

  • looks sooooo small 2 me cos i also got one that is BIG

  • 195 bucks, wow

  • why not freeze the vinegar in the refrigirator so you can force it to open without the vineger dissolving the papyrus!(vinegar frezzes in -2 celsius)

  • Excelent! I though about creating a vaccum in a container, and then a microscopic hole leading to the crypex's main vinegar container, but that woulf indeed be too long and weird.

Greetings and respect man! Keep it up!

  • but you could damage the paper. if it's frozen it could crumble. remember it's like, 100 years old or something, isn't it? But your theory works.

  • just screw around with it 10 mins a day lol

  • hmm maybe it depends on how dilute the vinegar is and how much there is: i mean water expands when it is frozen and common vinegar nowadays is about 95% water i think.

  • good thinking though by you! ;) I guess old Leo didnt' think about fridges lol

  • @theromanpraetorian I don't think that there wore refrigerators that time

  • @theromanpraetorian Because that would be entirely too easy, and then what story would you have then? None! Thats why

  • @theromanpraetorian I'm pretty sure Da Vinci never had a refrigerator back in his Renaissance days.

  • @theromanpraetorian Doesn't papyrus absorb liquid ink in cold/freezing environments.

  • @theromanpraetorian Thats what I thought, but the only problem is when the vinegar was freezing, it would expand and break the glass, perhaps before the vinegar had all frozen, they probably just didn't want to risk it.

  • :O So many vids about me!

  • well done very cool :D

I loved that movie made my mind wonder into my own past... Well all that is fact about my family is that we came from some religion in France that where worshipers where mostly women. During the crusades we left to Switzerland, and haven't moved since.

  • Amazing music by Hans Zimmer, my all time fave composer! Impressive video of cryptex!

  • does it have the vinigar in... like in the book?

  • no idont think so

  • it has cocentrated hydrochloric acid that jets out from apertures in the side of the cryptex directly into ur eyes so u cant read the message!

  • yeah right like I'm gonna believe that

  • :)=

  • lol :D

  • This video was awesome.!.

  • The original cryptex did not spring out like that you had to tug at it like a combination lock.

  • This video was very nicely done :) Worth a +favorite :)

  • I had to buy one when seeing this - btw where did you get the parchment inside the cryptex? :D thanks

  • i wanna have a criptex u.u

  • What makes it spring out like that?

  • woww i loved it!

  • yeah, it does spring open as shown... but mine doesn't shoot out like the one in the video.

  • awesome! had to order one the moment i saw this video...

    really looking forward to it!!

  • You must be a fucking brilliant cunt...

  • Amazing!!!!! I want it!!!!!! OO

  • That's the official Cryptex replica which will cost you almost $200.

Meanwhile, I've been eyeing the dvd gift box set which comes with a Cryptex that looks very nice too. There's one at Newbury Comics for just $15. It's been there a while.

  • amazing!

  • i have the one that came with the special edition version of the DVD it is a solid piece of work like this one though, peace!

  • Yeah, own it too! :D

  • I have one as well, and the replica is even better than you might imagine. In the lid of the box there is a small (very small) hole, smaller than even a paper clip. Push a straightened staple through it, and the oval with the rose on the lid pops off just like in the movie. Not advertised, not even in the instructions that came with it...just there.

  • i broke mine... oops. oh and by the way... i can't change the code?!?!? any help?

  • great scene, good work

  • lucky!! i'm gonna go form a priory and get one of those

  • cool

I'm going to buy the Marauder's map.

  • Wow!!!I want the cryptex!!!!!!

  • Awesome job! I have this item as well :).

  • (snif) beautiful... congratulation

  • incredible, just overwhelming.

  • Impressive! A little shaky, but impressive nonetheless!
