Just want to note to all my viewers a guy named YAMNI from Sweden came here to study these lights.
After I spent alot of time with him telling him EVERYTHING I knew, he ended up STEALING MY FINDINGS and claiming them as his own, then slinking back to Sweden.
Since I told the findings to other people, I have WITNESSES that he stole my findings and conclusions
He even had the NERVE to state they should name it the MELENDER PHENOMENON after him, and that he was the ONLY ONE to figure this out.
When viewing a spotlight, you are seeing the the light reflect off of dust and moisture in the sky! All large double, tripple and quadruple rotating advertisement style fixtures are ment to cross each other beam in the series. But because each individual light can oscillate side to side and rotate at the same time, then the beams will intersect at 2 to 3 different heights and they will always intersect directly above the center of the fixture and at the farthest point of the beams oscillation!
@shivercanada it's probably just portions of stratocumulus clouds and pollution being illuminated by the spotlights. that explains the varrying ellevation. sorry but your video is completely inconclusive.
There is a video I have where it's CLEAR OUT...no clouds, you can see stars behind it..... except there is a mist created around these lights and the mist doesn't move with the wind. Check my video with the word "EXCLUSIVE" in it.
This detail alone make it unexplainable, I've seen that happen on 5 or more occasions when clouds cleared up OR were not there at all.
@shivercanada I hear ya. I've been wishing I can prove (at least to myself) that this is a natural phenomenon so I can go back to cozy old Sweden, but no such luck, lol. I think I have a breakthrough though. Too bad about your health.

Further they appear ABOVE clouds, light isn't going through them.
Since I haven't seen it in warm weather ( besides 1 report around 20 degrees at night ) it's looking like a bizarre combination of weather phenomenon...EXCEPT nothing explains the SHADOW triangle shape you can see in clear skies, AND the mist under it that doesn't blow with the wind and other clouds.
the sky's are clear in england tonght and i just saw 2 of them except nothing was on either end and they both moved anti clockwise in the same path slowly and there is no wind and also one of them followed a plane as if it was watching it!
Crazyashmonkey; yes I've seen it on perfectly clear nights. That is 1 point of many that is so confusing. It creates a mist right under it that doesn't move yes you can see stars around it and this mist won't move despite winds. My video withthe word EXCLUSIVE shows this.
I've watched your other videos and they are great! Just wish I could see what you are seeing. Too hard to see anything. Clarity is not that great and I don't remember if it snowed that night so perhaps the weather played a role as well (?). My Uncle and I viewed, and reported, a "strange" object in the sky years ago - before YouTube even (and I'm only 34). We were told it was just a planet. LOL Hmmmm. I think, in the 21st century, we're a little more open-minded now.

Recharing of crafts is highly possible, if so. I'd expect humans to be driving it. If extra-terrestrial, its possible it's there to charge, but probably up to something else or both.

Well at least we had a good sighting last night. It was brief but the first in a while.
The negative ion thing is kinda interesting. Ion propulsion is already a proven technology as well it is the basis for a lot of theoretical stuff as well. The readily available source of negative ions around the falls is something to really wonder about. I don't know if ions can be collected and utilized in that way but just add that to the list of things to wonder about with all of this.
He realized that Niagara is 1 of 2 of the biggest Negative Ion sources in the world and possible the reason for coming here.
The COLORED LIGHTS, look just like ION ENGINES, check youtube then look at my Dec 7th video.
It's possible that this craft comes to COLLECT ION's.
Our ion engines work differently,but the similarities of the colored lights & ion engine thrusters is remarkably similar. Advancements in this propulsion could allow collection of ion's.
shivercanada: How did this Agency find out? Do you know if there are multiple witnesses (other than whomever was with you of course). I definitely think that you did catch something. Somehow I don't think it's weather related or broken light pillar (i'm sure that is what the "official report" will say if this is some gov't agency investigating).
Hey I reported to Mufon my sightings, well 2 of them anyway and they contacted me. There have been HUNDREDS of witnesses, tourists as well from places all over have seen it also.
Morrison street 1983, the lights actually were attached together in a "z"configuration. It was one object. We saw it from about 60 feet above the apartment building behind the Hall near the Morrison Variety. Completely silent it made no noise. And was first thought to be Christmas lights on top of the building. However we first noticed it as a a thread of silver between some pines, thought it was tinsel, then the lights came on. Its the same thing we saw 2 decades ago.
Still bouncing back and forth between it being ALL a broken light Pillar effect, and possible object making the pillar effect based on it's location.
Still no closer to the conclusion, but having seen a white/blueish BAR object move across the sky for 3-4 seconds during waiting to see this, and a point light flying at incredible speed, I tend to think they might be unrelated events.
I also want to explain that Broken Light Pillar effect can ONLY be seen at the ZENITH. There is no way in hell a Broken Light Pillar wil be seen at 40 or even 60 degrees like this light on THIS SPECIFIC VIDEO HERE that I recorded.
It's more likely to see a RAINBOW Upside down than this happening if you study how broken light pillars work.
THis and the video mentioned below lead me to believe it's SOMETHING ELSE.
I have to point to the video "Another Video UFO over Niagara Falls" as the MAIN piece of evidence.
I believe broken light pillars are created AROUND this flashing part because of the bright light it's making, BUT this video shows a 3 dimensional cylinder as the casino spotlight reflect off it as if it is curved.
If that was a light pillar this would not be possible let alone only reflecting on the SIDE as if it's 3 dimensional.
With so many variables at play here ie. powerful lights aplenty, mist, ice crystals(maybe), clouds, temp. differences at altitude etc. the possiblities are many.
It seems to me that it is neccessary to rule out some of these... but that would require having those lights turned off one at a time while the "event" is visible in the sky.
That's not going to happen so I guess we will have to keep theorizing diligently.
We all need to be patient because time will prove whether this just ends up being a light-pillar phenomenon like what was photographed in Belgique or not.
With shivercanada's donating hundreds of hours of his own personal time in persueing this mystery, it shouldn't be that hard to find weather data and barometric pressures, all that stuff, and compare to shiver's pics and vids from all the different days.
ok...that might explain the light phenom in the sky... that does not explain the obvious object reflecting light from the spotlights...even the first video of it shows something is there...keep looking up (literally and figuratively)...
Good find Shiver. I've been looking at this stuff as well and this does seem to explain some things. It puts us on a path toward an explanation. The tourist area just has so many lights in the area and other factors could be coming into play as well (ie. mist moving to higher altitudes). Light pillars could create more questions than answers but alot of it seems to add up. All we ever wanted was an explanation and we might just have it. We need a meteorologist to view it.
Sweet, someone is finally onto something solid!! Still a few explanations for some things are needed. How come it has been spotted at 19c? the October 9th sighting! And the majority of the sightings have been well above freezing.Granted, there are obviously cooler temps higher in the sky! Reflection is the only thing that gets me!!! And you said you've viewed the area from the top of the skylon, right! And there was no pattern of lights that would reflect the patterns we've been seeing?
Actually that contect we know from MUFON, says there was one report of this in JUNE 2 2009
The HEIGHT OF SUMMER! So one reason I can't believe it's ice crystals.
THis supposed effect is a very RARE combination of FLAT ice crystals in different layers. Check National Geographic for BROKEN LIGHT PILLARS for explanation.
Still doesn't resolve the FLASHING & last time it flashed a split second BEFORE the spotlight hit it.
ALSO it appears BEHIND CLOUDS and casts SHADOWS. Makes no sense
Also the effect of broken pillars actually doesn' tshow the patern on the ground, it more shows the pattern of the ice crystals, just uses the ground light as a source.
I did see a pattern of the CASINO PURPLE DOME, and white/amber and green around it, just like that part with the purple light.
THis part was likely the least distorted of the images if infact, it's this rare atmospheric phenomenon.
THe guys are STILL COMING though after I told them, they want to find out themselves to be sure.
If it the light that you speak of( purple dome), I would think there should be several of these in the air when the conditions are right than. There's gotta be 10 or 20 of those lights on all the time.

And the picture says that the reflection of the street lights are shown in the long pillars with a few lights in them. Why have we, not seen this? There's street lights every where?
I'm not trying to De-bunk the possible explanation of this Shiver, I just have allot more questions that need to be answered!!
PS I realized all of this this morning as it was bothering me again, something about the pictures I took from the Skylon and looked closer.
Then I searched more for strange light phenomenon at night in skies and found that one picture from Belgium by a photographer who I contacted and will wait and see what he says.
Just to note that still doesn't explain how the lights are ABOVE CLOUDS only, if lights come from the ground and it's CLOUDY, light should be seen on the LOWER CLOUDS FIRST... not shine from ABOVE pointing DOWN. It doesn't explain the FLASH & WHY it's only in 1 SPOT in the sky and 2 flashes only in this instance.
It also doesn't explain the Shadows by the flashing light which actually blocked the spotlight at times.
The DOT UFO's were likely the REAL UFO's but I ( we ) saw them since we were looking at the sky for long periods of time affording us to see them.
So 2 unrelated events seeming as 1.
Still the flash isn't explained but everything else is INCLUDING the rising and falling in Altitude.
And int he end the explanation from that 1 picture last year could be WRONG TOO, that picture could have been this object mistakenly explained as a weather phenomenon.
What it seems to be is lights diffracted from MULTIPLE LAYERS of ice in the sky, and ALL LIGHT sources, which on viewing angle look very different based on the location of the ice.
It's called BROKEN LIGHT PILLARS.
Not LIGHT PILLARS....very different and much much rarer.
Do a web search and use the date February 18 2009 and you'll find the picture. It's EXACTLY the same.
It won't explain the FLASHES though but every things else is explained.
After looking at my Skylon Tower Panorama and other pictures I took at night, I kept thinking this has to be explainable in simple terms.
The nice guy from the US with the video was on the right TRACK yet pinning it on 1 light source, THREW ME OFF since it was impossible based on too much evidence against it.

I have a GOOD HD camera already, a Canon Optura as well, Night Vision, Laser, 10 inch telescope with an $80 camera mount I bought recently but it's too damned cold out to use it.
Try recording the NIGHT SKY, all camera's are crap, has nothing to do with my Equipment.
Even so called NIGHT SHOT doesn't do well long distance.
Anyone want to bring FLIR over here, be my guest, but doesn't mean you'll see it.

Thing is I have plenty of video and over 200 pictures and saw it 10 times so far.
Also there are HUNDREDS of witnesses and dozens who see this weekly.
If it's a ship of some kind it's cloaked and you can only see the lights from it, which isn't improbable as the US military has already developed simple cloaks for Tanks.
I can't say what it is either way but it's BEAUTIFUL when it's there , simply beautiful!

How many lights tonight? Only one? Last night (Mon) we watched only the reflecting light in the spotlight beam... but not straight up. It was out approx. 60-70 degrees up. Never seen that before, but that means it was in a different location (something new) and at a different altitude... yet again It looked alot like this video (Dec 27th). Anyone else see anything last night? Missed tonight... rats.
Hey!! 1 flash and 2 amber lights on each end, same configuration as always, just on a different ANGLE tonight, I left around 9pm but it kept coming and going.
It actually MOVED when I shone my laser at it TWICE! About 2-3 inches across the sky then stopped when I turned the laser off.
27th it was very low also 60 degrees and the second flash about 80 degrees or more roughly.

Ok 7:02 itsgetting bigger! Anyone in the area go out and look!! Straight up, one of the spotlights are hitting it the flash is at 1 spot as usual and nowhere else does it flash so PLEASE with the ice crystals.
Its only a spotlight reflection from ice , snow or aerosols in the sky, coming from the ground .The atmosphere is breaking up the beam , thats why you can see the different colors from the spectrum of light.
It must be a flat angle , or else you could see the beam going up. I bet if you drive towards it you will find the source.
The spectrum of light is always the same, that has nothing to do with any chrystals.
If the object is really there , then it should be seen from other angles. If it generates that light itself , then you should see it from other locations. If the light comes from the ground, then you can only see it at a certain angle. The light is not right above you, so you can drive towards it on the GROUND, until you are directly under it. That should be possible ?
Spectrum would never be the same, weather is different every day. I always move location ,it can be seen from many angles tonight I saw it from 4 locations.
This video shows vid & pictures from 2 different locations & others have recorded the same nights as me from different locations.
This thing moves also and does other things like pulsating tonight, zipping off at high speed as well. No weather does that & others saw these things as well
This thing was first seen in march 2009 and is still seen today. Hard to believe a ufo would hang around for more than nine month. I think its a reflection of light coming from an airport , military base or casino. I live in germany and niagara is a little to far away for me to come take a look myself. I would take a telescope and drive around the area to take a look from different angles. But thats just me.
@COMMOGSE, dude, please check my two videos of this also... the first shows huge areas of light coming from ABOVE the clouds. i live near the area and have returned and these areas of light are not there ...my second shows a definite solid object. the edited version posted shows a light which shows up from the object itself. i have seen this three times and recorded it twice. debate all you want... it HAS to been seen to realise what it is!! video sucks in comparison!!

Camera's are CRAP, mine is HD and I have another Canon and they don't pick it up right.
This is why TV and movie outdoor night scenes are well lit with multiple light sources....and you can't light something up that's many thousands of feet up above clouds...

The 30th was an amazing viewing. I watched for 45 mins after work around 8:30 or so. At one point the reflection had 4 noticeable lights. It go bigger, smaller, there could of been 2 crafts? I'm starting to think (like shiver said) it's one craft showing what it wants of the underbelly!!!! I'm back to work tomorrow night, so I'll keep you posted.

Hey I haven't checked since New Year eve...it WAS THERE, but faintly as it was snowing....and you could STILL see it through thick snow blinking about 60 degrees up in the sky.
They turned the spot lights off at around 9ish...which I found strange, especially for NEW YEARS EVE.
The US spot light was on until at least midnight.
It's been snowing badly here, currently have a snow storm so no viewing for a while.
Am I the only one who is even slightly concerned at the prospect of a possible 3 mile wide, cloaked space craft, hovering over Niagara Falls?I am as curious as anyone, but if it IS something from "out there", that gives us a 50/50 chance at ?? Be careful what you wish for.The fact that the government, or FAA, has not spoken of it , as it would have had to have appeared on radar if it were really there, is something to consider. Project Bluebeam is another possibility. I want it to be nothing.

I was there with a couple of friends and saw the line, the long line showed up in the sky. It was seen without the spot lights pointing at it.
Both flashes were many times brighter than it appears on this video. The top flash was as bright as the lower one, however it could hardly be seen on this video. My camera could hardly get any video when pointing at the sky at night, so I understand why it showed poorly in your video.
ps my cameo appearance there at the end was too brief ;) lollol oh well Im glad you showed the symbols we rubbed into the light snow on the parking lot!

way to go u guys this is stellar work... get a hold of an infra red camera from people who investigate ghosts. you might be able to get a heat signature on tape... or good night vision goggles maybe from army surplus store, couldn't hurt to look.

Weather has been overcast since he was here, Showings EXTREMELY FAINT
TO see the TRIANGLE EFFECT which I TOLD HIM ABOUT, it has to be EXTREMELY BRIGHT. How could he conclude this WITHOUT SEEING IT?
The Perspective effect I came up with as well and told him, Yet with the 2 main lights now showing as long bars, HOW can one conclude this?
By STEALING my findings and slinking back home, that's how.

If you can see the beams from the Spot light's, you'd see Laser beams even clearer.
It's been here a few times in the SUMMER HEAT WAVE, so no way it's ice crystals like most people were saying.
I was kind of wishing it was so I could forget about it.

The object itself creates the light pillar effect of streaming lights. There were not enough land light to create this effect in the early 1800's.
I have shown the lights are at different angles every time disproving land based light pillars. Possibly the SAME OBJECT from the early 1800's!

6:05 Freeze frame on Trevor's video when the lights converge on it, then go frame by frame as the lights pass in back of it.
You will see the spotlights get cut off by the object at the flashpoint and it looks triangular & Black.
I have captured this as well but not with this clarity, there is no doubt it's an object and at least partially triangular

Recharing of crafts is highly possible, if so. I'd expect humans to be driving it. If extra-terrestrial, its possible it's there to charge, but probably up to something else or both.
Whatever it is up there, In the near future I dont think it will be a mystery.
Stupid idea, head over to the place with the lights, and ask them to stop them on the object? lol. Hey its possible.

Well at least we had a good sighting last night. It was brief but the first in a while.
The negative ion thing is kinda interesting. Ion propulsion is already a proven technology as well it is the basis for a lot of theoretical stuff as well. The readily available source of negative ions around the falls is something to really wonder about. I don't know if ions can be collected and utilized in that way but just add that to the list of things to wonder about with all of this.

He realized that Niagara is 1 of 2 of the biggest Negative Ion sources in the world and possible the reason for coming here.
The COLORED LIGHTS, look just like ION ENGINES, check youtube then look at my Dec 7th video.
It's possible that this craft comes to COLLECT ION's.
Our ion engines work differently,but the similarities of the colored lights & ion engine thrusters is remarkably similar. Advancements in this propulsion could allow collection of ion's.

shivercanada: How did this Agency find out? Do you know if there are multiple witnesses (other than whomever was with you of course). I definitely think that you did catch something. Somehow I don't think it's weather related or broken light pillar (i'm sure that is what the "official report" will say if this is some gov't agency investigating).

Hey I reported to Mufon my sightings, well 2 of them anyway and they contacted me. There have been HUNDREDS of witnesses, tourists as well from places all over have seen it also.

Morrison street 1983, the lights actually were attached together in a "z"configuration. It was one object. We saw it from about 60 feet above the apartment building behind the Hall near the Morrison Variety. Completely silent it made no noise. And was first thought to be Christmas lights on top of the building. However we first noticed it as a a thread of silver between some pines, thought it was tinsel, then the lights came on. Its the same thing we saw 2 decades ago.

Still bouncing back and forth between it being ALL a broken light Pillar effect, and possible object making the pillar effect based on it's location.
Still no closer to the conclusion, but having seen a white/blueish BAR object move across the sky for 3-4 seconds during waiting to see this, and a point light flying at incredible speed, I tend to think they might be unrelated events.

I also want to explain that Broken Light Pillar effect can ONLY be seen at the ZENITH. There is no way in hell a Broken Light Pillar wil be seen at 40 or even 60 degrees like this light on THIS SPECIFIC VIDEO HERE that I recorded.
It's more likely to see a RAINBOW Upside down than this happening if you study how broken light pillars work.
THis and the video mentioned below lead me to believe it's SOMETHING ELSE.

I have to point to the video "Another Video UFO over Niagara Falls" as the MAIN piece of evidence.
I believe broken light pillars are created AROUND this flashing part because of the bright light it's making, BUT this video shows a 3 dimensional cylinder as the casino spotlight reflect off it as if it is curved.
If that was a light pillar this would not be possible let alone only reflecting on the SIDE as if it's 3 dimensional.

With so many variables at play here ie. powerful lights aplenty, mist, ice crystals(maybe), clouds, temp. differences at altitude etc. the possiblities are many.
It seems to me that it is neccessary to rule out some of these... but that would require having those lights turned off one at a time while the "event" is visible in the sky.
That's not going to happen so I guess we will have to keep theorizing diligently.

After thinking about it, it's POSSIBLE it's a UFO.
When it appears, FIRST there is the FLASH. Then after some time, the 2 faded amber lights appear on each side of it.
Then after more time, other lights will APPEAR around it.
It's very likely THIS flash is the SOURCE for the Broken Pillar effect AROUND IT lighting the crystals slowly causing the other lights
This would explain the SHADOWS it creates & the light not appearing on the clouds UNDER it why it MOVES,why the other lights are FAINT.

We all need to be patient because time will prove whether this just ends up being a light-pillar phenomenon like what was photographed in Belgique or not.
With shivercanada's donating hundreds of hours of his own personal time in persueing this mystery, it shouldn't be that hard to find weather data and barometric pressures, all that stuff, and compare to shiver's pics and vids from all the different days.

ok...that might explain the light phenom in the sky... that does not explain the obvious object reflecting light from the spotlights...even the first video of it shows something is there...keep looking up (literally and figuratively)...

Good find Shiver. I've been looking at this stuff as well and this does seem to explain some things. It puts us on a path toward an explanation. The tourist area just has so many lights in the area and other factors could be coming into play as well (ie. mist moving to higher altitudes). Light pillars could create more questions than answers but alot of it seems to add up. All we ever wanted was an explanation and we might just have it. We need a meteorologist to view it.

Sweet, someone is finally onto something solid!! Still a few explanations for some things are needed. How come it has been spotted at 19c? the October 9th sighting! And the majority of the sightings have been well above freezing.Granted, there are obviously cooler temps higher in the sky! Reflection is the only thing that gets me!!! And you said you've viewed the area from the top of the skylon, right! And there was no pattern of lights that would reflect the patterns we've been seeing?

The HEIGHT OF SUMMER! So one reason I can't believe it's ice crystals.
THis supposed effect is a very RARE combination of FLAT ice crystals in different layers. Check National Geographic for BROKEN LIGHT PILLARS for explanation.
Still doesn't resolve the FLASHING & last time it flashed a split second BEFORE the spotlight hit it.
ALSO it appears BEHIND CLOUDS and casts SHADOWS. Makes no sense

Also the effect of broken pillars actually doesn' tshow the patern on the ground, it more shows the pattern of the ice crystals, just uses the ground light as a source.
I did see a pattern of the CASINO PURPLE DOME, and white/amber and green around it, just like that part with the purple light.
THis part was likely the least distorted of the images if infact, it's this rare atmospheric phenomenon.
THe guys are STILL COMING though after I told them, they want to find out themselves to be sure.

If it the light that you speak of( purple dome), I would think there should be several of these in the air when the conditions are right than. There's gotta be 10 or 20 of those lights on all the time.

And the picture says that the reflection of the street lights are shown in the long pillars with a few lights in them. Why have we, not seen this? There's street lights every where?

PS I realized all of this this morning as it was bothering me again, something about the pictures I took from the Skylon and looked closer.
Then I searched more for strange light phenomenon at night in skies and found that one picture from Belgium by a photographer who I contacted and will wait and see what he says.

Just to note that still doesn't explain how the lights are ABOVE CLOUDS only, if lights come from the ground and it's CLOUDY, light should be seen on the LOWER CLOUDS FIRST... not shine from ABOVE pointing DOWN. It doesn't explain the FLASH & WHY it's only in 1 SPOT in the sky and 2 flashes only in this instance.
It also doesn't explain the Shadows by the flashing light which actually blocked the spotlight at times.

The DOT UFO's were likely the REAL UFO's but I ( we ) saw them since we were looking at the sky for long periods of time affording us to see them.
So 2 unrelated events seeming as 1.
Still the flash isn't explained but everything else is INCLUDING the rising and falling in Altitude.
And int he end the explanation from that 1 picture last year could be WRONG TOO, that picture could have been this object mistakenly explained as a weather phenomenon.

What it seems to be is lights diffracted from MULTIPLE LAYERS of ice in the sky, and ALL LIGHT sources, which on viewing angle look very different based on the location of the ice.
It's called BROKEN LIGHT PILLARS.
Not LIGHT PILLARS....very different and much much rarer.
Do a web search and use the date February 18 2009 and you'll find the picture. It's EXACTLY the same.
It won't explain the FLASHES though but every things else is explained.

BREAKING NEWS!
I think I figured this out.
After looking at my Skylon Tower Panorama and other pictures I took at night, I kept thinking this has to be explainable in simple terms.
The nice guy from the US with the video was on the right TRACK yet pinning it on 1 light source, THREW ME OFF since it was impossible based on too much evidence against it.

I know it doesn't explain EVERYTHING, and frankly I don't want it to be complicated ice crystal layers, but it looks just like the Belgium picture.
BTW I contacted that photographer! I'm waiting for a response, hopefully he'll give me more information.

I have a GOOD HD camera already, a Canon Optura as well, Night Vision, Laser, 10 inch telescope with an $80 camera mount I bought recently but it's too damned cold out to use it.
Try recording the NIGHT SKY, all camera's are crap, has nothing to do with my Equipment.
Even so called NIGHT SHOT doesn't do well long distance.
Anyone want to bring FLIR over here, be my guest, but doesn't mean you'll see it.
I was there for 3 hours last night and nothing showed up.

Thanks. Not saying you aren't credible. Just that there are too many fakes these days. But I don't believe yours is one. Fakes are usually "over the top" so to speak. Just wish I could see more detail. Keep the vids coming though.

Hey that's understandable man, I know the fakes piss me off but what can you do.
Thing is I have plenty of video and over 200 pictures and saw it 10 times so far.
Also there are HUNDREDS of witnesses and dozens who see this weekly.
If it's a ship of some kind it's cloaked and you can only see the lights from it, which isn't improbable as the US military has already developed simple cloaks for Tanks.
I can't say what it is either way but it's BEAUTIFUL when it's there , simply beautiful!

How many lights tonight? Only one? Last night (Mon) we watched only the reflecting light in the spotlight beam... but not straight up. It was out approx. 60-70 degrees up. Never seen that before, but that means it was in a different location (something new) and at a different altitude... yet again It looked alot like this video (Dec 27th). Anyone else see anything last night? Missed tonight... rats.

Hey!! 1 flash and 2 amber lights on each end, same configuration as always, just on a different ANGLE tonight, I left around 9pm but it kept coming and going.
It actually MOVED when I shone my laser at it TWICE! About 2-3 inches across the sky then stopped when I turned the laser off.
27th it was very low also 60 degrees and the second flash about 80 degrees or more roughly.
Well it's still coming back so that's great!

Its only a spotlight reflection from ice , snow or aerosols in the sky, coming from the ground .The atmosphere is breaking up the beam , thats why you can see the different colors from the spectrum of light.
It must be a flat angle , or else you could see the beam going up. I bet if you drive towards it you will find the source.

THe colors are ALWAYS THE SAME and in the same configuration every time.
Crystals don't do that. Drive where 10,000 feet up? The light is shining DOWN from ABOVE clouds.
I went on the SKYLON to look down too, nothing has that light pattern
If it was ICE CRYSTALS the spotlights would light up ALL OVER where the ice is, not 1 TINY spot, it would flash EVERYWHERE the spotlight rotates.

The spectrum of light is always the same, that has nothing to do with any chrystals.
If the object is really there , then it should be seen from other angles. If it generates that light itself , then you should see it from other locations. If the light comes from the ground, then you can only see it at a certain angle. The light is not right above you, so you can drive towards it on the GROUND, until you are directly under it. That should be possible ?

Spectrum would never be the same, weather is different every day. I always move location ,it can be seen from many angles tonight I saw it from 4 locations.
This video shows vid & pictures from 2 different locations & others have recorded the same nights as me from different locations.
This thing moves also and does other things like pulsating tonight, zipping off at high speed as well. No weather does that & others saw these things as well

This thing was first seen in march 2009 and is still seen today. Hard to believe a ufo would hang around for more than nine month. I think its a reflection of light coming from an airport , military base or casino. I live in germany and niagara is a little to far away for me to come take a look myself. I would take a telescope and drive around the area to take a look from different angles. But thats just me.

AGAIN... reflections from the ground don't PASS clouds at 10000 plus feet, them come back down and shine from above.
The passing clouds under it don't show this and it appears ABOVE THICK CLOUDS.
Your Ignoring basic physics, there is 0% chance it's a reflection.
further light diffuses the farther it travels, it doesn't become crisp lines with STRUCTURE that is the same over time.
The object also changes ANGLE LAND lights won't do that, again this makes no sense.

I SURVEYED the area at night from the top of the SKYLON, no land light reflections sorry.
I also have a 10" telescope which I used, seen it from different locations, even MILES AWAY on this night.
I studied ALL anomalous weather, none of which PULSATES & flies off at speeds well over 100,000kph
Reflection comments simply ignore all the facts.

@COMMOGSE, dude, please check my two videos of this also... the first shows huge areas of light coming from ABOVE the clouds. i live near the area and have returned and these areas of light are not there ...my second shows a definite solid object. the edited version posted shows a light which shows up from the object itself. i have seen this three times and recorded it twice. debate all you want... it HAS to been seen to realise what it is!! video sucks in comparison!!

Yeah like the man says, you have to SEE IT to understand the details.
Camera's are CRAP, mine is HD and I have another Canon and they don't pick it up right.
This is why TV and movie outdoor night scenes are well lit with multiple light sources....and you can't light something up that's many thousands of feet up above clouds...
unless anyone has their own personal spotlights to donate for a few days, I'll be happy to fire it up on this thing.

The 30th was an amazing viewing. I watched for 45 mins after work around 8:30 or so. At one point the reflection had 4 noticeable lights. It go bigger, smaller, there could of been 2 crafts? I'm starting to think (like shiver said) it's one craft showing what it wants of the underbelly!!!! I'm back to work tomorrow night, so I'll keep you posted.

Hey I haven't checked since New Year eve...it WAS THERE, but faintly as it was snowing....and you could STILL see it through thick snow blinking about 60 degrees up in the sky.
They turned the spot lights off at around 9ish...which I found strange, especially for NEW YEARS EVE.
The US spot light was on until at least midnight.
It's been snowing badly here, currently have a snow storm so no viewing for a while.

Am I the only one who is even slightly concerned at the prospect of a possible 3 mile wide, cloaked space craft, hovering over Niagara Falls?I am as curious as anyone, but if it IS something from "out there", that gives us a 50/50 chance at ?? Be careful what you wish for.The fact that the government, or FAA, has not spoken of it , as it would have had to have appeared on radar if it were really there, is something to consider. Project Bluebeam is another possibility. I want it to be nothing.

I was there with a couple of friends and saw the line, the long line showed up in the sky. It was seen without the spot lights pointing at it.
Both flashes were many times brighter than it appears on this video. The top flash was as bright as the lower one, however it could hardly be seen on this video. My camera could hardly get any video when pointing at the sky at night, so I understand why it showed poorly in your video.

I do see what is being seen.. it is very faint.
Myself, if I can see two or three moving lights, chances are this can be debunked as a stationary light from the ground. I could be wrong...

Hey yes it's very hard to see as it's already faint.
No way it's a light from the ground...check my other videos, the light COMES DOWN from very high clouds.
As well lights or clouds don't FLASH back like this does.
It's a bright flash and the light itself has structure to it so it's a solid object with a light attached.

Get some night vision, infrared, or thermal vision/goggles/video.
then you'll be able to confirm its there. Imagine that, looking up with thermal, and seeing A HUGE red triangle or ship in the sky...

way to go u guys this is stellar work... get a hold of an infra red camera from people who investigate ghosts. you might be able to get a heat signature on tape... or good night vision goggles maybe from army surplus store, couldn't hurt to look.

hey I have a better video camera but every time it shows up, I dont have it with me. :(
I brought it the last 2 nights and nothing showed up.
Was there from 7ish until about 10:20
I also have a Gen 1 night vision but it shows nothing that I can't see with the naked eye

aaaahhhh man, I have an awesome camera ready to go. I am sure it will pick up perfect video of this. Just came back from there NOW... got there just in time for the lights to shut down!! CRAP..
