David can sing with his eyes closed all day long as far as I'm concerned. It's not a nervous thing - he did it in front of me and a few others at a vip when he wasn't feeling nervous. He was just getting lost in song. And we are all the better for it.

There is only ONE PROBLEM. David must break his habit of closing his eyes while singing. He can still sing with FEELING but keep his eyes open. I WISH his "handler", "promoter", would teach him how to break that habit. I could teach him, but I don't know him! He just has to pull back into himself. All great entertainers have eyes open.

I can't think of one other thing that needs improvement that a little maturity won't cure!!

I love the moments when David closes his eyes and sings......he is so lost in the feeling and meaning of the words that he is singing and it's so beautiful to watch him .... and at those moments, I go with him where ever he is.......I'm lost in the song.......

he doesn't need anyone to tell him or teach him how to sing a song......he does amazing on his own.......he is the master of his craft

As far as ALL great entertainers have their eyes open, this can't be correct...because DAVID A is a great entertainer and he closes his when he is feeling the song. Most great singers are not physically beautiful. That makes it easy to concentate on their singing. David presents a problem when he performs live. He is so handsome that it's hard to divide your attention between his appearance and his magnificent, heart felt singing. This performance here is a classic example of that,but by no means the only one. David is also getting better looking and more confident,so the "problem" will only get "worse", All problems should be like this, however.
