All of the money is in the motor and pump. Now that I know what I need and there's no scrapping stuff from trial and error, I'd say the highbanker body itself would run well under $100. Problem is with wooden stuff, especially pine (hardwoods are too heavy), they tend to fall apart after time. My newest one is all metal and HDPE, so it'll probably last just about forever, but it cost about $400 altogether.
I'm planning on making another one at some point but I don't know when. When I do I'll try to remember to tape some of it but it's pretty straightforward. Ended up replacing the bottom with a keene sluice. Just feel better having some riffles. :)
It's fairly basic. If you really look you can pretty much see how everything is put together. I don't plan on making another one now, so.... if I ever do I'll record some of it, kind of a step by step, but as I have three now that work quite well, I hope not to have to make anymore.
Didn't the river push you back in another video? Nice bit of gold i would say. Not much here on the east coast.

Cool vid I made my high banker out of pine I had to varnish it so the pine would not worp. Keep up the chase.

that is a pretty good amount of gold, I usually dig for a whole day and only find half of that.

@tangibleinspiration if you screen your stuff a little before you dump it in the wash box you would save some of your small golds on the sluice
