I have tried OOO, MMM and fransescos and here is what i think:

OOO Changes the whole leveled creatures list in oblivion

MMM Adds to the leveled list

Fransescos Fixes the leveled list

I like fransescos most, it keeps the oblivion feeling there.

I want to make a custom class who's inspired from Snake of Metal Gear Solid.

What major skills and major attributes would you suggest?

sneak, acrobat, hand-to-hand, marksman, athletics, security, and illusion for skills. Snake's attributes would probably include high speed, agility, and endurance-- strength is a plus.

Well, the sneaking gear AlexScorpion made gives his own version of the Solid Eye, so I think illusion won't be necessary. Also, Snake uses keys he got from some random guys, but he can also uses the Mk. II and/or Mk. III to hack locks. Also, in MGS 4, he have a stun knife, but he looks more specialized in hand-to-hand.

I think that would be useful as details.

Oh and i will post the answers for the others because the video composer seems to be "busy" but anyways and by the way my character is lvl 19 i am using OOO,MMM,FCOM,and a few more mods...i would listen to shadowknight916 :)

IndiaSevenSeven-ok dude there are some mods that allow you to wear 10 rings and 4 necklases but i call that cheating because it overpowers you and when you get to level 15 or above you will be able to see that you are stronger

If you want real armor and weapons,then you must take a chance to find good "spoils of war" i found the "Boots of The Olympian" they are light armor leather but they improve your speed and agility rapidly and athletics...they are one of the hardcore items that you can find looking into ruins and...but doing quests only sucks and best off is to leave the main quest for the last!! :)

the music is pretty. and i like how your main oblivion screen has a sceanery (or however you spell it) and the character is awsome. i wish i had oblivion on the comp. i only have it on ps3. not much fun! -_-

It would be too long to name them all here deathbow2. But I can name the "main" ones: Oscuro's Oblivion Overhaul, Martigen's Monster Mod, Franceso's Leveled Creatures-Items, Apachii Godess Store, Unofficial Oblivion Patch, lots of textures mods, lots of custom music... and something like 50+ other plug-ins. The price to pay for that is stability, the game regularly crashes to the Desktop. But I still like it.

It's music from Oblivion itself, and then there's also music from the famous game Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic, which in my book fits the Oblivion environment very well. And both music scores were composed by the same composer, namely no one else than Mr. Jeremy Soule.
