I have the same problem Blair, if I don't wash my face in the afternoon I wake up with dots dots dots on my face and I hate it ! the problem is that I'm really sensitive and everything I'm using makes me break-out.

More you clean your face more oil it's going to produce..

It works exatctely as the oil hear or aclap...

All that you are doing cleanig you face night $ day, is don't give time at your skin to produce that natural oil.. that's why if you stop to wash face for two days ist's going to be a mess !!

You'll see that in a few years .. as you relais after 16 years that wasn't good wash the hear every day..

you know you could also try taking birth control to help with acne. My cousin had really bad acne and she tried everything from proactiv to clean and clear and she swears that birth control has helped.

PS. I dont hear you talk about sunscreen for your face much in your routine. I like aveeno spf 30 daily moisturizer. Its one of the few Ive found with a higher spf than 15 and it doesnt leave my face feeling or looking greasy like a lot of spf moisturizers do.
