I love how the kinda sad thing is there, and at points in the song it goes all jolly, and slow or fast, it goes back again... Kinda like a tale or something

I had a thing that hang over my bed when i was a baby, and when you turned it on , it played this song.

I have it on tape when i layed there and slept. And when i watch it i cry ... Memories.... ( sorry for bad english )
