Netflix PS3 Problem - Can't scroll left or right

install the latest Ps3 Update.

and or reset Netflix: Start Netflix and while it starts press SELECT & START at the same time NetFlix is starting. still problems? try re-installing Netflix. Goto the Game Data Utility and remove it. Then re-download Netflix.

I've had the same problem since the new update. I use a URC MX-880 remote with the Schmartz PS3-IR1000 IR to BT converter so it is not a PS3 controller issue. I figured an update would eventually fix it, but I must be one of the unfortunate few that it happens to and of course we all know what happens to people in that boat. We get SCREWED.

Okay, so I had this problem and I just figured it out... Most likely your R2 or L2 button has receded into the controller and is compressed. Test both to make sure they feel the same... In my case I went into Uncharted 2 and realized what was happening. Everything will seem fine from the PS3 main menu, and if you don't play games with R2/L2 functionality you may not notice.

pull out everything from your ps3 usb ports -- thats what fixed it for me.

I found the problem it the controller i had another controller on hand and i turned off the one i was useing and then plugged in the new one and bam it fixed the problem so there is something with the controller that is doing it hope it helps all of you i know it got rid of my headache

I got the same problem. But, after I queued some videos, more than 10, in my instant queue. Watched 1 movie. The problem is gone. You can try to queue some video first.
