i love that sound, what type of floor is that? im on my way to buy my first pair of shoes (been "tap dancing" for 3 months on regular shoes...) and some wood for home practice.
thank you! the floor is just a piece of ply wood that i bought from the hardware store. my board is starting to break in half since ive been tapping on it for almost a year, so its time to buy a new one. but its pretty cheap. just dont tap on a cement floor because that will scrape your taps and make them sound bad. good luck with purchasing your shoes and have fun!
