I may be mistaken but that looks like a YAK -38, a bit of a botched job for a VTOL aircraft. The lift engines were very unreliable, but the Soviets had the good sense to install an automatic ejection system which fires if an engine fails in the hover.
almost looks like the force of the ejection pushed the plane down!
