  • 4:04 "I want to make it very clear. I do not love you."

Really? Has he seen Alyona? I'm sure half the men watching this show love her.

  • What a twat: NO ONE IS STOPPING HIM FROM SENDING THE IRS EXTRA MONEY. We already have a progressive income tax. Close loop holes up and pay what your bracket says to and TADA, the tax inequality was solved DECADES AGO. Here's another thought, eliminate the mess we call the income tax ("reform" will NOT happen anytime soon) and let everyone pay the same sales tax, no special interest exceptions. If he wants a $10mil mansion, he gets to pay the same tax rate you pay on a $1 pack of gum. Seem fair?

  • @xenomancer40k have you been paying any attention here? lol.

  • This is, of course, were "PEAK OIL" plays the NUMBER ONE ROLE....in determining our economy...it is driven by Petroleum! And Global Petroleum Production Rate (daily output) has reached its maximum...pump any harder and prices will escalate even higher, then Price becomes the "Demand Destruction" Device, and thereby driving employment and business activity down. We are stuck in a vicous cycle, but 99% don't recognize it as a Liquid Energy Shortfall.

  • The dominant political and economic ideology of the last 30 years has been 'do unto others, then split'.

A small number of people have grown shockingly rich, and they will spend the rest of their lives in a luxury beyond the wildest imaginings of most of us.

As for what happens to society as a whole, and what their orgy of greed will bequeath to the future, they really don't give a $#!+.

  • Having the government steal more money from rich people isn't the only way that we can afford to cut taxes on poor people. We could, for example, cut spending on things like the drug war or the War of terror.

Not that I'm opposing the liberal's idea of stealing from the rich, after all I loved Robin Hood.

  • @mesmokumpeacepipe As soon as you refer to taxes as stealing, you come across as a loon. Taxes are not theft; they are the price you have to pay for living in a civilized nation. If you don't want to pay taxes, then move somewhere where there is no government.

On the other hand, we should definition cut spending on the War on Drugs and the War on Terror.

  • @BrotherAlpha taking something from someone without their consent is stealing no matter how you try to dress it up

  • @mesmokumpeacepipe Tax is a fee you pay to be living a society with a school, paved street, traffic lights, sideways, freeways, gov. offices, policing forces, etc. I would agree if you spent your whole life in a private property with everything homemade, then you may be able to claim that you did not benefit from gov. services that are paid by taxes. if you have stepped outside of your house once, well you have benefited from gov. services. Congratulations! now you pay taxes

  • @fionamcampbell by that logic If I steal 100$ from someone I can justify it by buying them a sandwich or a Tee shirt.

  • @mesmokumpeacepipe It's not without their consent, you moron. The second you take advantage of government services, you consent to paying for them with taxes. If you don't like paying taxes, move somewhere where there are none.

  • @BrotherAlpha Are you one of those people that isn't able to have a conversation with someone without resorting to childish namecalling?

Anyway, using your logic I would be justified in taking a 50$ bill from someone as long as I left them a can of soda and they took a drink from it.

Letting someone use/have something is not consenting to you stealing from them.

  • @mesmokumpeacepipe "Are you one of those people that isn't able to have a conversation with someone without resorting to childish namecalling?"

If you act like a moron, I'm going to call you a moron. Whinging about it is a Style over Substance fallacy.

    "Anyway, using your logic..."

It would be like offering a service, charging for it, then making people pay, which is what countless business do.

It's not stealing to make someone pay for a service they use.

  • @BrotherAlpha LOL how often do you agree with someone that calls you stupid? Hey dumbass, I'm right and you're wrong. Do you agree with me now? No? didn't think so. That's not "style" that's being immature and showing an inability to have an adult conversation, and since you are incapable of doing so, you are obviously not worth talking to, Grow the fuck up.

  • @mesmokumpeacepipe "..."

Translation: "Mesmokumpeacepipe can't defend their argument, so they are going to whine about being insulted and run away."

By the way, I knew I wasn't going to convince you I was right as soon as you talked about taxes as theft. Libertarians who do that are far too stupid to learn.

  • @BrotherAlpha I already defended my argument, you ignorantly dismissed it because, in your mind, stealing isn't stealing if you call it something else and let people use a service that was paid for with the money that was stolen. I'm sorry if the education you got from the service that the government provided to you makes you too naive to understand that. End of conversation.

  • @mesmokumpeacepipe

Translation: "I get to redefine words to mean what I want them to me."

Telling someone to pay their share of the bill isn't stealing. In fact, taking a service and refusing to pay is stealing.

I'm sorry you are too fucking stupid to understand that.

Actually, I'm not. Laughing at stupid Libertarians brings me joy.

  • @BrotherAlpha I was going to let you have the last word, but since you said the stupidest thing in the world I couldn't help but laugh at you.

You think that walking on the sidewalk without paying taxes is stealing, but taking money from someone without their consent isn't?

HA HA HA HA, Yeah, I'M the Crazy one.

Go clean yourself off, You just got FAIL all over yourself.

  • Yea if only a certain group of people paid more in taxes, our economic problems would be solved. Nevermind that the Federal Reserve Bank has devauled the currency we use by over 90%. Nah that has nothing to do with it. I'ts all because we're not making the top earners pay more.

  • How about cutting taxes for everyone?

  • keynes was right.friedman was wrong.if your customers are broke you are well and truly fucked.

  • If you want to pay more taxes, send your money to the IRS at the address they give on their website. They'll be glad to take it.

  • smart/honest dude. maybe he will get a few people to open their closed off minds!

  • want a tax cut? stop paying taxes.

  • If this mantra that conservatives keep spewing was true, about how cutting taxes for the rich will create a bonanza of jobs, then it would be fairly EASY to prove. All you have to do is show very high employment rates during times in global/U.S. history, when tax rates were at their lowest, and abysmal unemployment when tax rates were at their highest. The fact that conservatives can't come up with this evidence speaks volumes!

  • I love her:)

  • "Nineteen century view"...I think that sums up libertardation nicely.

  • Instead of just giving thumbs down, brainwashed unwashed fools, have the balls to put your "thoughts" down in a comment.
