  • Palin is so bloody adorable.

  • I thought it was going to have the word "Fag" because it's the word the british use for cigarette's

  • Classic

  • Doing it with a bobbie? Is that how he got a boil on his Semprini, then? Oh bugger. Now I need to put a shilling in the swear jar. -.-

  • @WoodymanTHEJ what? xD

  • @Jose23Newgrounds A Bobbie is also known as a Policeman & Semprini is one of Python's made up swear words.

  • @WoodymanTHEJ ONE of? Are you suggesting there are more? All I remember is semprini...

  • @RagamuffinTheVampire ........Touché, sir.

  • I reckon there's about 2 dozen Python sketches that end with that line. lol

  • lol I love the coy looks Mike gives John

  • d'aww, the way Michael Palin looks up at him is so cute...

  • so hot.

  • a debate on the internet ended with intelligence and peace??? THERE IS HOPE FOR HUMANITY!!!

  • i love love love this scene. It makes me warm inside. <3

  • the title gives away the sketch D:

  • @vitezjura death to you too sailor ;)

  • @vitezjura it's funny because it's unexpected

  • @vitezjura Isn't wishing death on a group of people just because of what they like a bit much? especially since what they like isn't really hurting anyone? As you said this is a comedy sketch, we take it as we wish. I admit it is funny but if others want to see it in another way you should let them have that freedom

  • @charliepoet13 no, it hurts me inside to see the girls act that way. It also hurts our society.

  • @vitezjura if it hurts you why should you wish pain on them? and how does it hurt society? houses aren't being destroyed people aren't hurting each other, so what part of society does it hurt?

  • @charliepoet13 I don't wish pain upon them. I wish them a metaphorical "death" in the sense they stop polluting the internet.

The long term changes in society will start when yaoi fangirls start publicly expressing their desires and men don't object to them. This will lead to the further emasculation of the society and that will have unforeseen consequences. The line must be drawn here, and no further!

  • @vitezjura ok so you dont wish pain, thats great....and i understand where your going with all this but i don't quite see that happening...i think the world has more serious threats to society then yaoi fangirls

  • @charliepoet13 Yeah, you're right. The world does have more serious threats than yaoi fangirls. I'll focus on some other things and let the girls be themselves. But if I ever go out and see a girl force her boyfriend to kiss another guy because she thinks it's cute, I'll start rioting. Anyway, until then it's all cool, live long and prosper.

  • @vitezjura, had a good laugh! I would actually like to see something like that - by Monty Python of course.

  • @vitezjura I'm glad you agree with me on that....and even though i am defending these girls...even i will admit that's a bit much, you shouldn't do that to your boyfriend, well force him to anyway. if its all a joke and you all think its funny then that's different. And indeed it is.....I like how this conversation started kind of bad but we managed to come to an agreement and it ended really nice. Good wishes to you.

  • @charliepoet13 I don't need to be silent about the yaoi fangirls misinterpreting every work of fiction, including this comedy sketch. In fact, they are terrorizing me and all that think normally.

I don't go around projecting my sexual fantasies for all to see because it is inappropriate. The absolute tolerance to absolutely everything is a death or our culture and a begging of something new. An era where every kind of behavior is acceptable and men are not men but something else.

  • @vitezjura bitches be cool.

  • How did he know how much had been stolen if his wallet was missing? xDD

  • @Blobface07 because he put £15 in his wallet before he went outside....

  • WTF JUST HAPPENED XDDDDDD

  • It's a strange moment where you realise I find this incredibly cute and fluffy and there's "romance" films around that fail to get any kind of positive response out of me. Just goes to show how great the acting here is. Now excuse me while I giggle in a corner.

  • @GoldenGal42 Pacing is a lost art.

  • lollllllll

  • .... Sweet.

  • Oh how i envy palin

  • Is it just me or is this some kind of a remake? I had this DVD where all the best sketches (that's a far-fetched statement) were gathered and redone. I remember the nudge nudge (it stank to high heavens), but not this one...

  • @urbsurbisf Yesw. This is the remake they did for the Dvd 'And Now For Something Completely Different'. The original isn't that easy to find on Youtube for some reason. And the original version is much better.

  • ....yeah, alright.

  • @zionravescene You are absolutely spot on with what you say....saw the uniformed PC late one night just before he came off duty 1am....he asked me to wait in a certain place....I did - for about 40 mins..it was worth it.he came in civvy top in place of police jacket .& we went to my place..first of many...it does work.

  • Been there, done it.....that first night one of the most memorable of my life so far.....from then on I didn't have to ask the copper.

  • Oh my im in love

  • wanna come back to my place *squeezes arse* OKI :D

  • that was funny

  • @loveandpeace71 Sure was

  • that was gay

  • aww

  • You can actually get away with this in real life. Try it, kids!

  • hahahahahhahaha

  • that awkward silence between them was actually really cute^^

  • @mApppel You all now ship Gay Policeman x Theft Victim.

  • Lol, best way to pickup a policeman

  • @Ballet4Everz ...does it work?

  • @TybaltC apparently

  • *sigh* If only.

  • Cleese was supposed to say, "I thought you'd never ask!" :)

  • John Cleese's amazing ability to stay in character when stupid shit like that happened all the time always amazed me.

  • @mindhackz I totally agree that's what makes you laugh .......nowadays Saturday Night Live comedians laughing on their own jokes is a total turn off..........therefore no more SNL for me.

  • Title kinda gave it away still absolute gold!

  • So, that policeman is John Cleese? Whoah...

This totally changes my perspective of him.

  • I farted when they did'nt say anything

  • @TheGrtC didn't*

  • Thats brilliant that this was a spur of the moment adlib. Shows how oozing with talent they were.

  • Bloody brilliant

  • The policeman looks like Owain Yeoman. (Wain Rigsby from The Mentalist)

  • which epizode is it from?

  • @IndigoStranger This scene is actually from their 1971 movie, "And Now For Something Completely Different." You can tell by the camerawork and the generally better picture quality. The sketch originally came from the Monty Python's Flying Circus TV series (Season 1, Episode 13, "It's the Arts.")

  • why on earth does this turn me on..? o.O

  • @HowlingWolf93 Because it has John Cleese and Michael Palin in it!

  • What the hell did the robbed guy say towards the end? :S

  • @tarrizzzzzzzzz "Do you wanna come back to my place?"

    "Yeah, allright then."

  • @PieXNinja Oh, I hear it now :p I didn't get the sketch, but both michael and john are brilliant actors.

  • D'you think that maybe he COPPED a feel, later on then? ;D *wink wink, nudge nudge*

  • @piglatin123 He must be a sport then, if you know what I mean!

  • mmm I would love to see what happens next...lol

  • Top comment: 'John Cleese isn't dead'. No shit, Sherlock. :P But a lot of people apparently very enthusiastically thumbsing-up that fact...

  • BWAHAHAHAAAA!!!!

  • is and now for something completely different, completely different to flying circus, or is there anything the same?

  • @epb45 "ANFSCD" features a selection of sketches from the first two seasons of "Flying Circus." All the sketches were re-shot, on film this time, with no audience laughter. I think it was for the purpose of introducing the group to American audiences. Some Americans may have seen bits of the show on TV, but they were often heavily edited.

  • I love the "Yeah! All right!"

  • I love how Michael glances up to John after asking "Want to come back to my place" : D

  • Want to come back to my place, bouncy bouncy? I am no longer infected.

  • I had to watch this three times just to realise that the dude used the wallet as an excuse to make the police officer go to his home, LOL.

  • Two Favorite Pythons

  • They're...kinda cute?! :-X lol

  • this launched me into a fit of giggles. i don't even like Python slash, but this was cute.

  • I can't stop grinning.

  • @Defenstrator that just makes it all the more impressive to me that John didn't laugh, the pause would've been enough to make most actors break, but then that line unexpectedly? What a pro, John, what a pro.

  • @CrowCanyonBand lol he is, but only because John is extremely tall, Michael's just a little under 6 feet. :-)

  • michael palin was totally hot

  • is micheal really that much shorter then john????

  • To the rule 34 gallery!

  • My wallet is gone and 15 pound were stolen

  • I ship it.

  • Michael's eyes! Too damn cute <3

  • way to spoil the joke in the title :P

  • if you end any awkward in counter with "yeah awlright", it's GOLD, lol

  • lol

  • At least he gained something...

  • If you don't get it then it wasn't meant for you anyway.

  • Every group has a leader. I think it was Graham. Has anyone heard anything along these lines?

  • I bet Graham Chapman wrote this one.

  • I have not 15 quid in my wallet these days !

  • that was hot

  • Fucking genius.

  • thums up if ur here cos of ricky yaaaaay but i dont get it

  • @killxxdeath Okay, what about the sketch don't you understand?

  • @killxxdeath How do you not get it?

  • if the wallets stolen surely the money has gone as well.lol haha...that makes me laugh.

  • The awesome part of this sketch is that it was an accident. Michael forgot his line, ad libbed the proposition, and John just went with it.

  • @Defenstrator what was the original line?

  • @phuqasphuq Don't know. I just heard Michael tell the story on a Monty Python retrospective.

  • @Defenstrator How was it supposed to be then?

  • @Defenstrator The best parts of Monty Python were the parts that they pulled out of their asses last minute.

  • @Defenstrator oh, that's cool? Where did you get that information? :D

I think that explanes why John is looking at Michael so expectingly!

  • @Defenstrator So what was the actual line then? :P

  • @InsanityVonMike I don't klnow. I was watching a Monty Python retrospective being narrated by Miachael Palin and he mentioned it.

  • @Defenstrator

it just ain't funny, without the explaination

  • @Defenstrator awesome

  • @Defenstrator Never knew that. Makes it even funnier.

  • Real Punch Line: His wallet wasnt really stolen. XD

  • what was the last line, I couldn't catch it.

  • @aprilthrusday "yeah alright"

  • Even homophobic's find this funny!

  • Hahaha, I love how Monty Python had casually gay characters way back when - awesome.

  • I'm gay and I feel quite entertained

  • aaahhww soo sweet love moty python

  • lol... wut just happened?

  • Lol so cute and idk why<33

  • nothing changes my place or yours f, evermmore

  • wtf is going on?

  • i just fan-girled XD the guy who ISNT john cleese is such a cootie!! :D
