heheh i have an Ibanez Jem DNA also, but she's in need of some repairs having been my main workhorse axe for about 7 years... nothing scary but I prefer to use the PRS in the meantime. Plus, PRS are amazingly awesome too

Your left hand plays them all with different a finger each or do you do a bar with your index finder?

I guess it depends on the context of what you are playing before/after those notes but as a rule, you'd use the index finger to almost barr... what I mean by that is you aren't actually fretting all the notes but you gradually roll the pressure of your finger across each note as needed.

Not a harmonic. What you need to do is grab the B String at the 12th Fret and pull past the E string and off the side of the fret board. As you move it around the side, it will fret against it at much higher frets than normal. Be careful though!

I'm not going directly through an amp, I am using a Line 6 POD XT Live direct into my PC. For the distorted part, a small amount of delay, for the clean part, a large amount of delay with compression. There's one part where I'm using a Whammy pedal set to +4 and at the end I'm using some Wah.
