I swear Sakura is overpowered in this game. I swear when Im hitting her she almost NO chakra she does a substitute justu. But when Im on low chakra is NEVER works. And Naruto is overpowered in this game when he goes in his 9 tails for. I mean he kills you in 2 like 2 or 3 hits!

If you ask me, I think Ino is cool in both the anime and the game. In the anime she comes off as suckish, but that's because her style of ninjutsu isn't meant for direct combat, Ever wondered she uses flowers in the game and not just mind possession? It's the opposite of Shikamaru. His style IS meant for direct combat. I hate when people call her weak, when she actually has one of the best ninjustus in the series: mind control (or possession, whatever).

Who knows? Ino did train under Tsunade along with Sakura after all. Since that's the case, Tsunade most likely taught Ino how to defend herself much like how she did with Sakura since Ino is a medical ninja. She most likely taught Ino how to fight back should she find herself in a situation where she can't escape combat. But that's the problem with Misashi Kishimoto. He doesn't give enough screentime to certain characters such as Ino, Kiba, Shino, Temari, ect.

@DeadmanInc336: You are kinda right, but Ino was in the fight against Kakuzu and Hidan and she didn't do a thing. With Sakura we saw her strength in the Sasori battle, especially in the anime when she helped fight the 100 puppets. I can’t imagine seeing Ino do the same.

But yeah, Kishi should focus more on the Konoha 11 and give them some new jutsu's.

Didn't do a thing? More like she wasn't allowed to do a thing and Misashi Kishimoto is holding her back. The reason we got to see so much of Sakura during her fight against Sasori is because she's part of the main cast. She's the lead female character. Although considering how much screentime Lee, Neji, and Tenten got during the Rescue Gaara Arc and considering that they're supporting characters makes you wonder why can't the other Konoha 11 get the same treatment?

As for Ino's fighting style, I would assume that she relies more on agility and being cunning than brute monster strength such as Sakura so I wouldn't be surprised if she also has a knack for genjutsus. It is kinda shown what the other excels at through these games (Ino=agile and swift attacks, Sakura=brute force) Let's just hope that she'll actually get to do something this time around now that all the old characters that were killed off have been resurrected by Kabutomaru.

@DeadmanInc336: Based on the manga the only power Ino has is Transposition jutsu. It's only in the games that they invented more things for her, based on the Yamanaka flower shop cause we never saw her once use flowers in the manga. And honestly, that's a shame, cause it would make up for a nice fight.

You can't really base their strength on those games cause it all depends on who plays with the character.

@DeadmanInc336: I suppose you are an Ino fan. That must be incredibly frustrating when one of your favourite’s never got to do anything.

At least for me some of my favourites: Shikamaru, Sakura, Neji, Lee, Hinata, Sai and Kiba got at least one moment to shine in. And I like Sasuke, but for the moment he is a bit to evil for my liking.

I’m hoping this war shows all of them fight. But I honestly don’t think that will happen.

they buff up ino insanely in video games. she has ridiculous acrobatic taijutsu and all this flower jutsu. I mean come on they should make her more useful in the actual manga/anime - then these video games wouldn't need to make things up

@fyluo93 They buff up a lot of people in the games but not in the manga/anime. I mean, it's no use anyway, so why don't they buff the characters like Shino, Ino, and Kiba in the manga/Shippuden instead? at least that shows a more powerful side of them than what they can do now...
