耳垢は鼓膜から外耳に向かって外に出てくる。

そのときに耳毛にあたると浮き上がって取れる。

なので耳毛だけをカットはNGだけど耳垢を取ったあとなら押し出­されるまでに耳毛はのびるので問題ない。

ちなみに耳垢は酸性で細菌の増殖を抑える働きがあるので、奥まで­取る必要はない。

まぁ、気持ちいいので耳かきはやめられないけどね。

the worst time to clean your ears is after taking a shower,

if you're right handed, your left ear is often dirtier,

the wax that are stuck on the canal are hard to clean by yourself,

the hair can cause your ears to itch

that's about it. :)

oh i remember when my mom used to clean my ears when i was little. (maybe 5 or 6 years old)

she would lay me down because i used to squirm a lot. and i remember it feeling sooo good. i used to fall asleep sometimes.

I've read that Asians have hard ear wax and need it removed.Most of us have the soft easier to remove ear wax.

Yes, most Asian people from Asia have a flaky kind of earwax, although it is a recessive trait. I have flaky earwax, while my mother and 2 sisters all have soft earwax. But in this video, they aren't only removing the earwax, but the protective hairs too. The hairs are what trap the dust, which mixes with stuff secreted from the canal, thus becoming earwax.
