@barker888 I understand where you're coming from but not everyone can be Picasso just by being "taught" to do something. and yea, Some "Kids" like to have a specific picture, if you have to redo everything yourself then there was practicly no point in seeing it in the first place truly. Now its not that big of a deal to use something to make a stencil. Say that you drew and remade something on the computer and had to turn it into a stencil yourself? Then reguardless, This is still a good tut.

I think most of us including me draw and do draw stencils but sometimes there is stencils that might be to frustrating to draw or to hard and this is a simpler way plus u could add something to it to make IT DIFFRENT

@MemorySplitter1995 i believe in being inspired from something else cause in essence we all are, yeah if you love a image so much try recreate it in your own way and paint that, but i really dont think printing it as it is compliments the stencil artists, this is an art form your meant to have some form of creativity, its not a idiotic rant

@barker888 Do you even realize how difficult it is to actually draw a stencil? And I dont mean basic outlines but one such as this that emplies a 3D perspective. And this is only one layer. Ive been doin this kind of thing for a while and drawing detailed multi-layered stencils is way too frustrating.

and yes i draw all my stencils up in a A3 sketchbook i then rip out the page and start cutting, its more time consuming than hard, most of my stencils normally implie a 3d perspective and also multilayer's you just have to have problem solving skills and spacial awareness

seriously if your just hitting the print button your just taking someone else work and its not your own

@barker888 Well I dont just hit the print button, when I'm done it's hardly recognizable to the original. My problem is my drawing always has to be perfect and I find it almost impossible to make up my own stencils in my mind with this much detail. It's easy to tell when someones does draw there own and i feel like it takes away from it. Anyway, u should post a vid of ur technique. I'd like to see how you do it cuz i just cant find a method that works for me besides this.

@fatalfury2020 there's not much technique to show on mine i simply make a illustration and cut it out or if im using multiple layers ill trace it onto other a3 sheets of paper and map it out what is getting cut on what is int in my head, i don't understand how your drawings have to be to perfect, surely you could simplify your own designs, and i dont get how you can tell if someone made there stencil of the computer or by hand, theirs good and theirs bad stencils out there

Cut out filter would've helped a lot. Also, using things like the polygonial lasso tool or creating masks with the pen tool would increase the quality quite a bit.
