I love that movie, it was one of my first, which I saw in cinema, the first part was the best! Thanks to alle who made this film: unter der directed by Wolfgang Petersen with Barret Oliver, Gerald McRaney, Drum Garrett, Darryl Cooksey, Tilo Prückner, Heinz Reincke and more! Thanks Limahl for the great song and Michael Ende for the fantastic story! RIP Michel!

You mean Jonathan Brandis who played Bastian in The Neverending Story II. Barrett Oliver played Bastian in the original.

That was great well done. I loved this movie when i was young now i`m 28 and its still in my fav top 10 movies of all time. I hope that they make a new Neverending story but if there do i hope they dont spoil the story. Thanks for posting :)

There will never be a Neverending Story like the original. They should just rerelease it in one of those theaters that show old movies. I would love to see that on the big screen.

I wouldn't say the CGI itself ruined the new Star Wars, rather the abuse of it, and the bad choice of actors, the huge amount of plotholes, bad attempts at comic relief (die Jar Jar!), and silly fanservices.

If they would do a remake of the Neverending Story, they should do it like the Lord of the Rings, only using CGI for events that are impossible or awkward to do in real-life.

PS: This movie is definitely not too old and obsolete, controllerbrain!

The movie is a lot different...... I saw the movie first, and it has been one of my favorite movies, but I read the book and was blown away. They movie is only the first half of the book, but leaves a lot out and is quite different. If you watch, be warned that if you do end up liking this movie, it will only be in the movie's own right..... The second and third movies are just junk....... I want them to remake everything.......
