The work you are doing here really is amazing. Each time I look at a new video it seems as if you have gained in leaps and bounds. Keep up the Stellar Work!
Ive bout got this stuff figured as far as tip size the least amount gas with no flashbacks and all , i hope to add 4 more tips to this tomorrow . I have five and have been as low as 48 watts with no flashbacks ...my goal is to get 9 as lows as 80 watts , when i get this , i will then hook my big cell to it and crank it up to bout 3 lpm and do some test cooking ....Im trying to get it so it will be flashback free..
So you are managing to not get flash backs without any thing in the line to stop it? Just by sizing the tips? Or do you have bronze wool or what ever it is to stop the flash backs?
I am managing to get no flashbacks even when the gas is turned off , the flame just goes out ..I have no wool or anything in the lines , I do have a bubbler with a reset top on it ..I have only had 1 or 2 flashbacks and that was at the beginning when the hole size was still just a little to big for the amount of gas i was using ...I will be using safety precautions in the final build but so far with what i have done there should be no flashbacks ..
Nice work JD!

yeah i thought it was strange myself the other 3 flames were an almost clear blue ,they were hotter than the orange ones to

Im thinking some of those flames are getting more hydrogen and some more oxygen, not sure why this would be.

it should be mixed good i have the gas going thru 3 bubblers and about 18 ft of hose ,I think I may have had some moisture in those 2 lines ....
