@Ibringthetruth1 Actually the oceans are getting more acidic as carbon dioxide levels increase in the atmosphere. As carbon dioxide levels increase, the ocean, a large carbon sink, absorbs the carbon dioxide and there it becomes carbonic acid. Know your stuff.

@TheMarkOfTheBeast1 I think you vastly overestimate the control the environmental protection movement has over what is and isn't built, after all they're still building Paganis, Bentleys, Lamborghinis, and A380s. The reason there is no successor to Concorde is because the development costs are too high (Concorde was paid for by the British and French governments) and there are too few cities that it can serve because of restrictions on supersonic flight.

You cannot fly over land supersonic due to regs. I hate to say it but there is no market for this type of aircraft right now. It will probably be an expensive failure like the Learfan was.
