  • like your art, but mostly I like watching this video cos I can see somebody doing something they like and enjoy it (your dancing is definetely the statement to this). Please keep being so happy and creative :-)

  • Loved this video..it didn't necessarily motivate me to do anything artistic...but thanks to having watched this I am going to switch from briefs to boxers ..Thanks again!!!

  • WOW... Love this!

  • Love your work! And the dancing in the sexy blue boxers! lol - Amanda-

    Love from Unni from Norway

  • Cool idea.

  • wow thats pretty darn cool

  • That was beautiful Eric! I never think of some of the simplest ways to create Art. Where do you get your templates from ? I'm guessing thats folkArt enamel paint you're using ?

There used to be an Arts & Crafts store here Mum and I went to but it closed it's doors earlier this year.

O and nice underwear, did you paint them too ?! ^_~

    Hey Amanda :: waives :: ^_^

  • This is great. Will have to try it, I passed these in the store TODAY and was thinking about how I could utilize them lol. Then I happened to see your video. Really talented. Thanks for sharing, I appreciate it!!

  • I absolutely love this. We sell these glass block where I work. They also sell glasscaps in 7 colors or more, they could be a cool accent to the sides of your pieces.

  • Very nice technique! Your video is one of my favorites now, I want to try it myself sometime.

  • That was really a unique piece. You put a lot of time into it. I think it'd be cool with a light inside too. =D Catching up on all your vids.

  • part 2:I do however appreciate how gorgeously generous you are in offering to help me Eric...

  • part 2: I can't post ????

  • I don't understand what this means?

  • so sorry Eric, I can't post more than a few words..

  • Oooh! A dance of joy in the middle of it! :)) I do that so often haha Good to see that others do it. The tiles are AMAZING!!!!

I always love your song choices.

  • I enjoyed watching. Thanks for sharing.

  • Thanks for watching...and stopping buy...

  • really cool.

  • Thank you very much..

  • oh Eric, I forgot to ask you where you get your stencils from? Do you cut them all yourself or buy them? I totally love the doily idea, it has such a fab effect, I'm off to my Mums, she has tons of them lol xx jo xx

  • The doily's are like a dollar at the cheap store...they add some of the best patterns and textures...I cut and design most of my stencils, some of the images are from the internet that are turned into stencils through photoshop on my end...You just can't seem to find a stencil for everything you need....I could talk you through it if you need a hand...its tedious but rewarding..

  • part one: I would love to have a go at spray painting, I don't have photoshop anymore, it was on my old pc and I dont have the cd, but I couldnt work the thing anyway...I'm so bad with technology (blush)I guess doilys are my best bet.

  • love love love this video, this art work is so amazing, I love both sides of the block. I love the gold leaf at the end, I have some gold leaf in my stash, it maybe time to pull it out. xx jo xx

  • Well I love love love you....and my friend came over, and was gagga over ur pieces and wanted to buy it...unfortunately I had to violently rip it from her hands and say "NO" "NO"...MINE....i never learned to share well...lol

  • That's so sweet of your friend to say she liked my work, how lovely :o) xx jo xx

  • 1) LOVE the booty shorts

    2) your art is very spectacular

    3) those songs... MADE ME CRY... D:

    But I loves you regardless!

  • Your art is equally wonderful..and did we need to trade and I still haven't gotten back to you? i am so absent minded....and ugh...I love boxer briefs.....they are so great to just hang out in...*not like with company over..but like to just chill

  • Well, i'd LOVE to trade with you, I just haven't gotten around to P.M.ing you. I DO however have a piece that I think you'de like and appreciate! :D

  • Love the happy dance!

  • There where so many...I had realized how much of the undies people could see....ah..I am not the shy type, or I wouldn't dance..

  • Thank-you your amazing

  • your more amazing..for taking the time to comment and stop bye...big hugs a little kiss........OK OK...a big kiss

  • Cool vid. I've always looked at those glass blocks and wondered what to do with them! I didn't think the paint would stick, so I didn't really ever consider that. What kind of paint did you use? I'm guessing you were rubbing a little Pearl Ex Pigment into it? Looks awesome. I also saw someone drill a hole and put a light in the block which had a neat effect. Wouldn't it be cool to combine the painting with the lighting? You could use transparent-like watercolor washes! Oh the ideas . . .

  • omg omg...I love all those ideas..and it was metalic acrylics i rubbed on...

  • I just had an idea, that may or may not work, but I was just reading the other comments and saw "the dollar store" and then it got me thinking...anyway...you know those candles that people put in their windows at Christmas? What if you used that little lighting "mechanism" (they come out) and put that in the glass block and then you could turn the "light" on and off? Or what about white Christmas lights stuffed inside to make a bunch of tiny points of light? With transparent glass paint? Oooo!

  • Thats freakin awesome! My hubby wants to know "How much would he charge to do my Guitar Hero Face Plate?" I was like..I don't know I'll ask him! lol But seriously, your work is wonderful!

    Blessings,

    Melissa

  • For free...send it and what you want on it..and I will do it for you...

  • OMG! These are totally cool!!!!!!!!! ughhhhhhh now i feel compelled to make you something. alright, i'll make you something you just gotta give me time. crazy busy with school. miss youuuuuu!

  • Miss u too Mr...equally crazy with work/school, and the artwork...lol....we have a lifetime...trust me..

  • cool! I glad I came I need inspiration.

  • Well ... glad to see you back again!!Excellent video, Eric! There are many possibilities with those glass blocks! I enjoyed this.

  • Thanks..and I am very positive your artwork would look wonderful on it...

  • I love the glass blocks!

Can I ask, what is it that you were spraying on near the start, and what were you rubbing on it near the end?

  • the rubbing was silver/copper/and gold acrylic metalics that combined and spread add a wonderful metalic texture/shean..and if your talking about the large first stencil, its a crochet/needlepoint plastic starter..a dollar at the craft store for great texture and pattern

  • Mystical Magical Poppi LOL ur a scream! Nice Block Mr PAG

  • Thanks Super Mystical Magical Norway Guy..

  • That would be so cool to have a wall like that. Having the sun shine through your art.... wow.

  • Maybe a bit heavy on the paint to actually let light shine through it the way you did it. Very nice result.

  • actually before painting the other side....a lot of light passed through it, but it made the image look crappy....

  • great video...but what is it with you and capricornartist making videos in your underwear?

  • We are members of the underwear artists club LOL

  • Super Powered Underwear Artists Club...its kinda like Spore but not really...we create the universe through art in our underwear...LOL..I just have a hot art studio in the basement and underwear are comfy...

  • I love glass bricks, imagine a house with an interior glass brick wall with some beautiful designs like this in it, wow

  • OHHHHH....great idea, and I have the room somewhere in the house...Imagine Glass blocks with art on some, an your amazing photos in others...Now thats a great wall..

  • WOW!!! The fleeting heart side is so gorgeous! Not that the other side isn't good but I'm just not that into skulls. What kind of paint did you use..special glass paint? Or will you just put a clear coat on to protect it? That aqua color is to die for...what is it? What product did you rub on with your hands? Great video...thanks as always!

  • OMG..If you could imagine that I had to cut that video down from like 20+minutes..so a bunch of stuff got cut out..i did seal it with a clear protectant..and the aqua is achieved with multilayers of aqua spraypaint and variety of blues in acrylics...and the rub was Silver/Gold/and Copper metalic acrylics for sheen...send me ur addy in private so I can send you a piece of artwork...
