@georgemc68 first things first, we have to have the military and law enforcement scour the mountains of southern arizona where the drug cartels have put people at the mountain tops to watch and observe the movement of law enforcement for the cartels can get people and drugs through where border patrol is not.

The border will not get fixed until they do two things:

1) Legalize the drugs that fund the cartels. This will take away their financial resources.

2) Each border state forms a public volunteer militia under direct command of the Governors and county sheriffs. There are plenty of citizen patriot marksmen who own the necessary arms and ammo who would join the ranks of their sheriff to secure the border.
