@6666dm: deaf DOESN'T mean hard of hearing! It's harder to tell with cochlear implants...SOME people consider it the same, but most hard of hearing people can talk, deaf people can talk too, but not as much. But actually, deaf people can hear music if they turn it up really, REALLY loudly. Go find some videos of deaf or hoh people, ask them if it's diff. or the same, they'll tell people like you. @__@
