  • we use the exact same garn sau technique in my kwoon. good to see you're not still standing in a nutral stance the whole time haha i've seen alot of instructors who just stay in nutral stance the whole time and don't move out of the way, i still respect them and what they do but front stance works better for me

  • Hi, we exactly practice the same way!!

    We practice after Gary Lam!

  • Gary Lam is a very good teacher. I respect what he teaches.

  • I like to check out Sifu Serrano's vids. They are always informative. He has much skill and a willingness to teach sound WCKF principles clearly. You can tell he is very quick and could generate much power in his strikes.

The other comment is that I like the fact that he is teaching out of a small garage setting. This highlights how lucky his students are that they can train with a sifu with his level of skill without all the BS trappings of big comercial schools. Thanks for posting Sifu.

  • Very good lesson well done!

  • Thanks!

  • Since I'm chairbound can I trap the leg, move to the side, pak sao and punch ?

  • In reality, in your case as long as you deviate with your hands the kick (it has to be fast and correct timing), then you will be able to do the rest. Thanks.
