  • @yz450fyamaha1 legs squat, chest flat bench or dips, back pullup and row, triceps close grip bench or seated extensions, biceps bar curl, shoulders bar military press or side laterals. thats it i do this twice a week

    maybe i should try DC, i already do HIT workouts but i've never done DC, but the results look impressive man
