So I borrowed my dad's truck to move a bunch of crap today and turned on his CD player. It was at the end of the song so I hit the back button to hear what he had been listening to, and it was this fucking obscure 80s gangster ass sad song about smuggling drugs and going to jail. WTF Dad? He's a 67-year-old accountant! Hahaha
I think I can baaaaarely recall him playing this when I was a kid but I had forgotten about it long ago.

My very favorite TC LP. Such a complete list of songs. I wore the heck out of my Maxell cassette. ~(still have it) Loved to cruz to the beaches in my '57 chevy with this crankin'. Turned a lot of college friends and girlfriends on to this.

TC is a great artist . I've noticed he has a penchant for writing about folks whove been incarcerated. I have a CD that has a slightly different vocal arrangement. Still great fn song.
