  • i am sure the gods like this.

  • I wish somebody would post "little green apples" from "Puzzle People" it's an amazing rendition of that song... just sayin'

  • Very original really great

  • One of my favorite bands singing a song by another one of my favorite bands!!!

  • Never, regarding The Beatles' songs, a cover will be better than the original.

  • @menoziinrevoltado Apart from Earth Wind & Fire's version of Got To Get You Into My Life - -which kicks the original's ass!!!

  • Vocally this is the best version, with the leads and harmonies. If you know about harmony, you know this is the definite version

  • Best version, right here, not even close

  • Paul Williams is lead vocals, just incase ya wondering, he was the greatest....

  • This was the first version of the song I had ever heard by in the 60's. I thought the Beatles copied the Temps but later found it was the other way around.

  • yes it's f'g JUDE!!!

  • Motown was trying to broaden the fan base of the Temptations but getting them to record this tune. All in all, not a bad version of the song.

  • Not diggin the falsetto

  • @yeahsteeeve crazy dats one of the best falsetto singers in dah world eddie kendricks

  • The best covers are definitely this one and Wilson Pickett's. This version makes perfect use of all five voices in the group, and the vocal interplay sounds spontaneous and spirited--Paul Williams sounds especially into it. And Norman Whitfield's production even makes effective use of the sitar.

  • I love the Temptations, but they should've let this tune alone, sorry just can't get into it sung this way.

  • this is better than the beatles because they all sing

  • I like the Beatles original version of this classic song. But I like the Tempt's rendition

of it as well, I love the Wilson Pickette rendition of it the best. Finally I think that singing songs like this showed that the Tempt's were'nt merely an R&B/soul act. But could sing pop music as well. Thanks for sharing the music.

  • @amory0115 You're very welcome

  • the are better than the beatles

  • I think Jude applies to all of us. this is a wonderful song with a great message

  • the Temps wasted their talents on this song. Not a good one for them!!!!!

  • Nearly crashed the car this morning, laughing at this diabolical version on 'Sounds of the Sixties'....

  • They're singing runaway child, running wild in the end as well

  • Alright, they left in John's favorite line. AND it's 3 minutes and a half! Well done. ^_^

  • Wonderful version nice sound

  • I had no idea that the temps made a version of hey jude.

  • I love the Temptations version. Thanks for posting it.

  • You're welcome.

  • Other than the original version, done by the Beatles, this is the best recording of Hey Jude I've yet heard.

  • wow

  • My fave version of the song. The range of voices is amazing!
