  • i just love the normally he uses heavier weights...hes not powerlifter is he? no one is questioning his strength :D

  • i'm not impressed by your perfomance =]

  • @Breh947 You don't know if this guy was tired or just having a bad day..You have to apreciate the amount of work(effort) and time he invests in trainig and fighting. It's easy to say that he might be an ass or an idiot, but it's a lot harder to do what he's doing daily! I hope that u're 10 times a better fighter than this guy and that u've achieved what GSP has, if u did all these, u certainly have my respect, but untill then, suck my balls!

  • @MuayThaiadept I am not impressed by your performance

  • @zosothedestroyer u know nothing about me...

  • @MuayThaiadept and it looks like you know nothing about gsp....look up where that quote came from before you start going off on someone, when your god georges said it himself

  • @zosothedestroyer glad u liked it :-P

  • @MuayThaiadept haha you can't even respond to the right person. Not only do you like shitty fighters, but it looks like you need glasses too homie

  • @MuayThaiadept haha best comment ever

  • and hes out for a year.....

  • It looks like 240p but says 360p

  • Look up rush fit

  • If you want to know what GSP is like when he's not in the ring - Google and read "The Day I Met Georges St-Pierre" there is also a link to an article about a survey of The? Most Desirable UFC Fighters - who do you think they are?

  • it is on isohunt and called training with gsp just search for it :)

  • @milinstalker hey dude how did you get this recording from what show or watever?

  • super set?

  • gsp probably could lift with 225 couple times certainly not 275

  • Check out im new to youtube ill be making videos on how to get bigger without supplements :D thanks guys... my channel :)

  • I tried this workout and all I can say is "ow"

  • i just spared with a dude that claims he could peace out gsp... apparently, if it's just boxing he's fucked

  • @sweatyboomer he trained with him many times

  • people who are saying negative things are stupid, i mean they are looking at it from a bodybuilder and mass building aspect. gsp is a martial artist, he doesnt care about mass. more about explosiveness and muscle conditioning

  • @Tibialmario i agree

  • is it ironic that bj penn and anderson silva have training videos promoted with this video?

  • Georgie is homosexual. There's nothing wrong with that, except ...he is fooling us he is so macho. In real life, he accepts young hard cocks in his athletic hairy young farthole. Im disgusted. Shame on you, Georgie P.S Another list of closet fags. George st Pierre.Matt Hughes, especially Hughes. Kenny Florian.BJ Penn is the desperate one, having a hard time coming out. But the door is halfway open. Peek a boo! Anal seminars among wrestlers and athletes are very common. Be a proud fag, instead.

  • @analhora1 Dude do you enjoy being a troll? i always thought it would be loney be a troll all day. you should go out in the sun and see people. and you know get the accational touch.

  • @analhora1 your a lonely gay man

  • @analhora1 you mean a list of dudes YOU WISH were gay right? diggin on them asses? ESPECIALLY Matt Hughes? Don't hide behind hate, just be gay dude whatever it's 2011

  • @analhora1 Its funny that someone with the name, Anal Whore is calling someone else gay.

  • GSP is the man (no homo)

  • Do you think GSP even does this routine anymore?? It seems so ancient compared to GSP Rush-Fit

  • whats the name of the 2nd exercise in the last super set?

  • he dose way more trust me that couldnt build a body like that(no homo)

  • yeah! mma.. always doing a super set to maximize there time in the gym..

  • @balentongkalabog actually its a circuit not a superset

  • @BlueBlazer89 it can be called superset or circuit training..

  • @balentongkalabog wrong..a superset is when you do two exercises back to back with no rest.. a circuit is when you do mulitiple exercises in a row without rest

  • To be honest..This video is 2 years old, Gsp is hella of alot different now and two years back, I think his training routine has DRASTICALLY changed so this video isnt of his actual routine now I bet.

  • @ArianMma92 yeah but u still think this is a good workout?

  • i am going to do this 2 times a week to then martial arts the other 3 days xD

  • this guys needs to beat the fuck out of andy wang.

  • i love that beat

  • he's so fking HOT!!

  • gsp is a pro literally if i could have gps or his trainer I would be so happy

  • no he doesnt do heay weights, allways ligth in ufc, 20+ reps

  • @danielwormald I think he does check this video out on youtube (Georges St-Pierre (GSP) in the gym)

  • @danielwormald Why?

  • haha nice music "fuck, fuck, fuck, fuck fuck"

  • gsp has a nice ass,NO HOMO

  • why is there a fucking porno music ?

  • Comment removed

  • GSP's a bitch... In 5 years I reckon I could smash him. All you guys who reeckon he's the best are idiots, he's a pussy... Watch this space.

  • @NahFahkit Get in line punching bag lmao

  • @NahFahkit gsp will kill you. rip your head off and eat it for protien so stfu and go jump off a fucking bridge

  • @NahFahkit wat the fucking fuck? gsp will fukn murder u

  • @NahFahkit GSP will rape you , try to beat him before talking like a hiden slut !

  • GSP is a model athlete.

  • @DiscoRByrno White Trash Fagget.

  • Dope. But... how is he alone? He's got a cammy. (camera man/girl?)

  • @MeerEarthlings alone as in no spotter, so he can't push himself to the full potential.

  • i thought it was bad to workout every part of the body on the same day ??

  • @Flowcap

no, its not. For body builders it is because, they loose lots off weight, and tear muscle which they are trying to build.

  • @DiscoRByrno bitch fuck yourself.

  • these trainings don't seem difficult, really.

  • @BASABASA4747 I dont think they are met to be difficult they are just the basic. But hes doing this like 8 hours of the day prolly more. And this is just one set im sure every fighter especially gsp has 100s of different routines. Also i think they focus more on cardio then strength. I saw an interview with Tito saying he hasnt done strength training since college.

  • @yonex003 Right, but it is also true that in the submissions and wingless (google translator, sorry!) the force is very important!

  • @BASABASA4747 they aren't. until you start doing them as heavy as you can, for 8 hours a day, 7 days a week.

  • @wubs23 perhaps, but not with the weights he uses in this video is what I meant ;) he isn't doing his best, hes just demonstrating the exercise routines with practically minimal weight.

  • @BASABASA4747 exactly.

  • nigga got hops

  • Hate to say it but it sounds like porn music.

  • He's top-shape with only circuit- training????? I'd like to know his healthy diet too.

  • when was this filmed? He looks so young here

  • pffft who's this guy think he is....

  • @xboxandipod uhm... A proffesional and unbeaten ufc fighter?

  • Way to not touch your chest on the bench, Georges.

  • @Dalarna3 it dosent really matter he came low enough

  • i wonder whats his bench press low rep

  • he's alone in the video shots but his trainers are there.

  • im not impressed with his performance.

  • @CAallday209 its solid that you know mate, even if its low weights it starts hurting after abit and even low weights feels like 100 kg

  • @goldmine1995 i know. was cracking a joke. thought everybody knew about the time gsp went on stage and told that dude "im not impressed with your performance" then he made that commercial...

  • @CAallday209 oh okay mate haha, circut training is spot on for mma like

  • doesnt break a sweat

  • Its a good thing GSP is such a nice guy, if you was a douche-bag then he would have been one lethal and dangerous douche-bag.

  • this is so long ago that GSP probably doesn't even remotely train like this

  • jeez, i am surprised at the minimal amount of strength that he needs. i could follow his weight lifting routine easily, yet he'd kick my ass a thousand times over in a real fight. obviously pure muscle doesn't do anything for combat.

guess that explains why bodybuilders and people like lesnar gets their asses handed to them by real UFC fighters =DDDD

  • @dalkovi yes it does!? you know hes doing light weight on purpose an he also probably does more than just this.

  • @dalkovi hmmmm, no

  • no time like being on camera to go heavier ?

  • was this shot with a nokia? gsp ftw lol

  • GSP is such a humble person, i can´t see anyone not liking this guy! :)

  • 28 people would thumb up if GSP was standing next to them.

  • @SrgntSmash I just negged the vid specifically because of your comment. I'd do the same if gsp were here. Not a thing he could do about it.

  • @kenfo0 i think srgntSmash was just joking around . . . gsp wouln't care if you liked him or not, why should he? hes not a supermacho ufc guy like lesnar . . . he doesnt have to be =P

  • @dalkovi I know...i was making a pt. What's the weather like in china?

  • @kenfo0 haha, its good i guess ;D

  • @SrgntSmash I would thumb him up even if he was 500miles away

  • Technique problems on overhead presses , not getting under the bar and not going deep enough with the dumbbells. U still rock dude.

  • whats with the porn music?

  • @scuzzulus cuz mma fighters are homos

  • @scuzzulus LOL! Nice one !

  • I'm not impressed with your performance.

  • "the back and the abdomi..abdo...the abs...." I love GSP :')

  • the very last thing he does is SOOO hard

  • I just trying to figure out the rime or reason to his workout. Who is programing this stuff for him? Oh well, its obviously working for him.

  • With the leg you can lift some very heavy charge.

  • @MMAdumbass in other word?

  • @FF2PM wow UNREAL, my gosh....this is AMAZING, I feel INCREDIBLE! YES YES YES YES! I CAN WIN! I FEEL GREAT! I CAN DO THIS!!!! UGH. YES! I'm home, I'm ALIVE, this is all a MIRACLE, I'm AWAKE, Im WIDE AWAKE! woosh! hahahahahahahahahahahahaha!!!

  • Is squatting on chair bad?

  • haha wow he looks so skinny here

  • what do u do the next day rest if ur sore? or try to work out a muscle thats not sore the next day?

  • @oskarep depends what you mean by sore. ALWAYS rest. if you do full body workouts then you are only working out every other day. I work out moon wed fir, and tues thurs can be light like easy jogging.

You don't want to do bodybuilding routines, they work one muscle once per week, and you muscles really only need 48 hours approx of recovery time to ensure they are fully recovered

  • so does anyone know if he does all these workouts in one day or does he focus on one muscle group a day cuz was told if u work out ur legs u should just focus on them only a day

  • @oskarep - Everything bros! When you're body building you focus on 1-2 muscle groups a day. When you're training for MMA you train everything. Plus with MMA you have to mix it up with light to heavy exercises. Too much heavy lifting will hurt your speed and limit your punching range.

  • @oskarep haha no, only bodybuilders work isolated muscles. any other sport works the whole body every other day usually. if you work out every day you alternate light and heavy days, also some people do medium days. if you always go heavy you will overtrain your body; you will be exhausted and not able to work out for months sometimes if that happens.

  • @h0lystrike Not true, while perhaps you could call everyone a bodybuilder, some people who don't call themselves bodybuilders will still isolate muscles (or joint actions).

  • @h0lystrike during the bulking stage of lifting you can go heavy ALL THE TIME. you just have to hit each muscle group only once per week. with a full week's rest you will be able to go heavy.

  • GSP cant find a partner?? .. seriously? ahahah. gsp tu va owner ca man,!

  • THUMBS UP FOR HIS ACCENT :D

  • @Zenith4165 lol pretty much had all that in here with less weight. Hes a fighter, not a pro body builder, hes not looking to get massive

  • this mustve been awhile ago because hes alot bigger now

  • What the hell is this a bodybuilding routine for an athlete? Where are the clan and jerks, the push presses, the squats, the deadlifts, the muscle ups???

  • @Zenith4165 What the hell is this! He's most likely training for conditioning, and not to get bigger bud. Exercising doesn't only have to be about building mass buddy

  • @xDarkside101x The exercises that I have listed are strength and conditioning exercises. Fly's and barbell rows are builder's exercises.

  • @Zenith4165 push presses? That's for mass. Squats add mass, deadlifts add mass.

  • @xDarkside101x You obviously have no idea what you are talking about. Of course you can incorporate these exercises in a high repetition program to achieve hypertrophy, but they are THE most effective exercises to develop strength and train the central nervous system. Fly's won't do that for you.

  • @xDarkside101x yeah your right in a way. when your going heavy and low reps for sets. it applys for all workouts. to tone and define more reps less weight. visa versa.

  • @SeanFarley25 True, true

  • I'm talking about flat-out physiological adaptations at the most rudimentary level. Athletes condition themselves. They use different means to reach their goals whether it's running, swimming, kettlebell training, or hitting the bag. Point is, weight training can help to improve your performance. Boxers are definitely natural athletes by a large percentage so if 1 decided to use them, couldn't hurt if you customize the weight session to a boxers needs.

  • charge lol

  • Lol watch Alistair Overeem the best!

  • @yozgatli66ilker ...Reem is awesome. I would like to see how he does in the UFC if he were in it.

  • @unshutoptic1 Mabe he is gonna fight UFC.

  • proper weight training working on power will make you much faster (not slower) than just hitting a heavy bag

  • Lol at the shady porn music XD

  • i likes those shoes.

  • @redbull723 i wouldnt try taking them from him

  • @redbull723 why would you check the shoes...

  • @CokaFarrell Get off my dick son.

  • @redbull723 what? shut the fuck up u dont even have a dick

  • @CokaFarrell I'll send you a picture of your mom sucking it till its red and blue.

  • Nice. Next time I hit the weight room I'm going to try tht last bench workout he did.

  • Merci pour les conseils

  • can you imagine : bodybuilder do this 3 hours a day. this is so fuckin boring

  • Stupid French Canadian Tea Sippers

(Sorry GSP, Don't kick my ass)

  • @apelikemenace Yeah, makes sense, since he doesn't speak perfect English he's stupid and sips tea. \end{sarcasm}

  • Call this video GSP's day off

  • as a striker, i despise weight training.

  • @sk8forlife90 dude that makes no fucking sense what so ever did u not hear gsp training your core and abs and legs can increase power in strikes like wow why would u not lift weights.as a striker dude backyard fighting with your friends dont count, sk8forlife i love skating to but if u were a real fighter u wouldnt use that as a name lol im sorry

  • @UFCisMYfuture first off, who cares about a name. in the end it matters about how you fight, not your name, fuck a name. and second, gsp wrestles and does jui jitsu. so of course he's gonna lift weights. most boxers and kick boxers don't use weights. why? because it makes them muscle bound and slower, losing their snap and speed.

  • @sk8forlife90 what about mas oyama he was a nutcase striker an he did weight trainin

  • @fanzi9 i'm not saying you can't be fast and weight train at the same time, i'm just saying that it will make you a bit slower if you used that spare time hitting the heavy bag instead, why do you think most boxers don't lift weights? they practically shun them.

  • @sk8forlife90 :LLLLLL, wow kid fail. People lift weights for different reasons, endurance, hypertrophy or strength. Depending on how lift weights will determine what aspect you'll train. Properly trained boxers would hit the gym at least 2 time a week.

  • @Iisak1000 most boxers don't lift weights, and many champions never lifted weights. so if champions never lifted weights, then i don't think i need to hit the gym to lift weights ever. i box and i never touched a weight since i was like 13.

  • @sk8forlife90 this is mma thoug strength is an important factor so is conditioning thoug

  • @THET2236 boxers are probably some of the most conditioned athletes ever. lifting weights isn't conditioning.

  • @sk8forlife90 Conditioning can be achieved with weight training. Try doing a circuit in the same manner George was doing with little or no rest inbetween the sets and you'll find out..It dosen't matter if you use bumbells or your own body weight, you are still lifting weight. Wrestlers are conditioned from tossing humans around, thats weight. Bodybuilders have been in the forefront of all athletic endeavors, they are the pioneers. Tennis players, hockey players, golfers, football players etc

  • @unshutoptic1 were talking about weights, not athletes. lifting weights in itself is not conditioning. playing tennis or hockey or tossing humans around is not lifting weights.

  • Comment removed

  • ....all I'm saying is when you lift your legs to walk or run, when you hit the bag a few thousand times, or when you bench press 300...you're still lifting some kind of weight. Take fat people, their calves are strong and conditioned to carry there big asses from A to B..

  • @unshutoptic1 implying fat people walk.

  • @sk8forlife90 implying i said lifting weight is for conditoning, what I said was that in mma strength and conditioning are of the same importance. In mma conditioning alone wont give you the victory

  • @THET2236 conditioning is much more important than strength in mma. i would take conditioning over strength anyday.

  • @THET2236 MMA is about power and endurance, Power = Strength and Speed, being only strong cannot make you win fights.

  • @wootwootyouknow yes but being only conditoned and not strong doesn't make you win fights either all im saying is u need to have a combination of the two

  • i wanna be his babys mama

  • box/chair squats help build power, I don't know many bodybuilders who use that for their workouts. Athletes is another story.

  • porno music

  • why are his hands black?
