But they were probably the most erratic team that had ever been up till that point. Denmark could lose one game 4-0 then win the next one 7-1. What has to be said though that in the 80's Greece were still soccer minnows. Their team then can be compared to Iceland today.
Im cheering for every team to beat Greece this summer who ever they may be. I don't care if its Madagascar against Greece. I will be anti greek supporter.
These are the so called Euro 2004 champions? they're a disgrace to international football a team of highly paid underachievers, and im glad Denmark smoked them. The only reason they won Euro 2004 is because they had a German coach with a good european reputation. Im predicting Greece will be out in the first round of this upcoming world cup. Remember World Cup 1994 0-10, 0-10, 0-10. They had the worse record of any team. Greeks don't know how to play football only smoke excessively and lie.
