I can't tell if you're being sarcastic or not, but I'll run along. The joke is that women, when living together for long periods of time (months,) their menstrual cycles eventually come to the same day. Dwight is saying the group being together is going to make that happen, (despite there being no way they will be in the conference room that long.) All that menstruation at once will wreck havoc on the plumbing.
