yea dude i eat ALOT and i dont know why. like 6 times a day 3500 calories and i am very very very strong for only being 15 years old. i have an 8 pack. my biceps are as big as my head. and i weigh 186.7 pounds. the reason being is because you need to eat alot to literally FEED your muscles the strength they need.
This video is obviously for flat 6 pack abs rather than big muscular defined abs because you need to eat a larger amount of calories/day in order to bulk up big muscles. People don't realize that muscles need a lot of calories to recover well. If you want to be skinny and have tiny little abs showing then this videos for you. if ya wanna be ripped and huge muscular wise then you need to eat A LOT (calories, carbs. protein, fats)
This guy is a JOKE. Force Factor is paying him to say good things about it. He don' t even take this junk.
Don'tcha think[$15.00 ]for a two week supply is a little steep? Got the free sample from their website, which is 60 capsules, so in a week it's gone and they say you won't feel anything for about a month - so what's the point of a free trial that you won't see any convincing guidance from? Not exactly a selling point. $70.00 is too much for a NO product
yes but we can not lose fat with sixpacktraining just with sport example like swimming or running.. where we use all the muscle. the fet is burning everywhere on our body. but when we train a sixpack an we have fad we can't see it it's under the fat. but wee we don't have fat we se the sixpack. people where are overweigt can have a six pack we just don't see it. for getting a six pack we must rain 3-4 days a week. an repead min 4 times of each exercise. we can also lose fat whis good meal.
for abs all u go to do is crunches, leg hang, eat normal amount, and cardio
