Here's a good prank: Get cows tongues from butcher, wet 'em and stick 'em on random metal poles in your chilly town, oh, and dip the other end in fake blood.
"OMG, someone ripped out their tongue that was stuck to metal pole!"
(If the cow tongue is too big, maybe pig's tongue, or fake tongue!)
