Overpopulation is the biggest our problem not only in poor countries. I don’t think sterilization is the answer, we can see from this video it does not work. Other problems do arise from it. Global law have to be set up regulating how many children family can have and make severe penalties for breaking this regulations. If measures like that will not be taken we are in big trouble.
