Truck sounds very good! I put the same muffler on my 2006 gmc truck with the 5.3L, on the high way when u let go of the gas you can hear the muffler growling and it sounds awsome, it is not a quite muffler and I love it LOL.

@aqinthe I wouldnt personally drive the v6 but its nice to know you have 306 hp with about 5.7 0-60 and get 43 mpg. I am personally a ford fan but dodge has the best trucks period, as for cars i wouldnt really say

how do it sound on the inside? i heard the delta dont sound as loud inside as the regular 40 but idk...i dont want it it to annoy me on long trips

Look into the magnaflow 14" si/do. I love mine on my f-150 and on your silverado it would be louder. Maggie's don't drone even close to the flows. Just get it mounted as far back as possible.

the Orginal 40 series have a real Low tone at about 1500rpm

Flowmasters are one of the loudest, if not THE loudest chambered mufflers on the market. Even the "quiet" 70 series mufflers are loud.

I think your local exhaust shop has been hittin' the pipe too much!!

Sounds very good. See you don't need dual exhaust to have performance and sound. Hopefully you'll see better gas mileage too.
