And Devil May Cry is the reason games like God Of War even exist. Bayonetta looks good. even that game was inspired by DMC. Anybody can say what they want about the new one. Lol, this is just the Xbox available god of war, with crusader themes instead of Greek. Gameplay looks identical, enemies even crap out orbs when they die. GoW3 allows you to ride around some enemies, the only thing I saw that looked at all different is the enemy he was riding is doing things non-combat related, which is a minor addition.

there is a fine line between taking elements from a game and completely rehashing a game. I think that's what dante's inferno did. I know its from the same genre, but it felt exactly like the same game with a different story. It was decent though, just because i love the gameplay of GoW so much.
