i still haven't got over how surreal the experience of flying fron the uk to canada was. It's such an amazing feel being up there. It makes you realize that life is possible in the air and not only on the ground. SOmehow i felt a great spiritual connection to canada on my flight there when the aircraft was in canadian airspace.
@vantuba25 False, You See, The Boeing 777-300ER Has General Electric GE90-115B Engines, When The Airubs A380-800 Has Rolls Royce Trent 900 Engines Which Are Less Powerful Than The GE90 Engine. Hope That Answers Your Question! Cheers!
Cool. Even though you fly more than most people and are used to being up there do you still find it a surreal experience like passengers do? THe strangest feeling for me is when you remember you're last flight a few months after being up there. Its so amazing we can travel through the air and that there is a whole other world up in the skies if you no what i mean by the feeling it gives you. ITs a very strange feeling when you are back on the ground and you have been up there
is that a 777-200LR or a 777-300ER?

@Rami358able this is a 777-300ER because the -200LR ddidnt enter service with Air Canada until early 2008

Question... Is the engine size on the A-380 the same size as the 777?

@AirCanadaA55555A wait, so one of the GE90 engine can take on two of the Rolls Royce?
scvs2 1 year ago
@scvs2 Im sure one GE90 can power an A380 unlike four Trent 900s.

those Engines are GE-90-115B1's. I fly for Air Canada 773's to LHR from Toronto :)

Sure you do. Even though it is possible for a 22 year old to fly 777's, I still need to see some proof.

Ditto, but when you're on a big plane like a 777-300ER, its not bad at all.
Unless its Air India
